Staff are very friendly. All of them good. Decent variety of food at the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and well maintained with polite and helpful staff. The location is just walkable from the Katra Railway station and they have free drop facility to banganga... Housekeeping staffs were awesome meeting all requirements of their guests.. Food at the restaurant is good when ordered in ala cart.. Especially the soups.

Buffet breakfast wasn't great... Especially the South Indian dishes..

It is very close to the train station and market area. No noise disturbances from outside. The staff at the desk were very helpful. Special thanks to Mukesh, Arun and Sunil. They arranged for the drop and pick up for my Maa Vaishnodevi darshan. Rooms are spacious and clean. I didn’t eat much at the restaurant but whatever I ordered was decent food.

The room I was given didn’t have running hot water. But they immediately changed my room.

The staff were extremely courteous and maintained the sanctity of the place. A special note for the chef preparing food in the evening shift. The food tasted great and was of very good quality. The house keeping staffs were extremely helpful and attended to all our needs . All over a great place to stay in Katra .

The breakfast menu could be better since its all vegetarian the taste and variety could definitely be better.

Difficulty of local conveyance availability as this hotel is slightly away from market.

The buffet was good with variety of options and relishing tastes. The staff helps guests in their needs at tables with courtesy.

Pick up service for returnees should be there for guest on the lines of complimentary drop. Even if paid pick up is offered - would be helpful for guests.

Hotel was good in hygine ,staff like Mr.Karun , Mr.Rahul ,Mr.Sahil was good in attitude , Cab driver is also supportive.Food quality is really we enjoy a lots.

Need to improve enterance road

It was substandard and unfriendly service. They charged 1500 more from booking price.I booked a taxi through their travel desk for Srinagar, he charged 31000. Normal rate is 7000. It was very pathetic and awful taxi

Food Was Good, Staff was cooperating.

Room was not Good, the shuttle service was not reliable.Location is very outskirt, not connected properly.

Liked the kitchen staff and the food.

Room wasn't good at all. Very basic. Very small. Doesn't match up with a 4 star category room or other lemon tree hotels. The approach road was very dark. No street lights. Lots of stay dogs making it unsafe. Could not spot a watchman for any security assistance

No Value for money, Rooms were not as per the price paid, location is very outskirts, Hotel is not maintained, Complimentary Shuttle service is not reliable. Washrooms are small.

Like courtesy of staff in providing satisfactory service above all provide free drop at Station.

Except for a delay in arranging a complimentary drop at the Helipad, nothing was there.
