hotel restaurant in a very bad shape they don't even bother to clean used tables, dust collected on serving trays & utensils although food quality was ok but ambiance was very poor room towels were smelling, tv remote not working prices very high I paid 2500.00 for 1 night whereas actual deserving cost not more than 1500.00

Staff are not cooperative, and services are not up to mark with the amount of rent taken.

Manjeet and Sartaj were very nice plus helpful. Room size is good. Hot water is almost instant

First room was dusty and noisy due to construction next door but Sartaj organised room change upon being informed. Manjeet very kindly organised transfer to train station.

Nothing at all. Overall, experience was terrible.

1. Upon flushing water in the washroom, mosquitoes would fill up in the pot. The water tank was not clean.2. Linen/ Bedding and washroom towels were extremely untidy.3. When asked for drop to the train station, the staff outrightly said no.

The food was too bad served with semi-boiled rice.

Clean and spacious room with all the amenities. One of the best hotels we stayed in Jammu. Staffs were very accommodating- they offered us a free ride to the entry point of Vaishno Devi and catered to our almost every request.

I would encourage them to take international cards for payment

I booked 2 family rooms for 3 days..Hospitality was awesome, rooms were well managed, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, room service was also very good.

NOTHING ! Very poor service and I personally will never recommend anybody to stay there. It is better to stay on the roadside but never stay with this property at any cost. The staff is very rude.

Room Service, staff are rude. Never answer properly. Rooms have with very bad smell. Beds are in very bad condition. Nobody is there to solve your problem. Very Very poor hospitality. The staff did even not provide Tea, water etc.. (the staff doesn't know about the basic things).

The bathroom was not in good condition and as we had booked for two days and we asked for complimentary water bottle they refuse to provide. No tissue was there in the bathroom and there was constant disturbing sound was coming in the room from somewhere and because of that it was hard to sleep

The worst booking made ever.

The location is a bit odd its not on the main street you would have to walk 900meters to reach to the market the autos charge minimum 100rs to go to the market.No pick up and drop service provided the staff is just busy on their phones the rooms have moisture stains on the walls and the bad moisture odour.Never book here these types of rooms are easily available at max of 1200-1500 range per night.

Staff unresponsive.water Leaking all over the hotel un maintained .damp walls needs complete revamp.

the ac in the hotel did work the entire stay, disappointed

it was so hot and ac did not work for straight 2 nights and did not even cut the amount

Nice, neat & clean. Delicious food and spacious rooms. Value for money. They provide pick and drop to Banganga as well.

Our stay was very comfortable. The family room which we had been given was very spacious and luxurious. The quality of the mattresses were very good. The entire was very clean and hygienic. The staff was very kind and polite. The room services and food services were exceptional. The food quality was also good. The hotel location was very close to the new route for Vaishno Devi temple. The hotel staff provided us with complimentary pick-up and drop services from the hotel to the temple and back to the hotel. Our overall experiace was satisfactory and beyond our expectation. We highly recomend this hotel for your next visit to Katra for Mata Rani's Darshan.

The outer look of the hotel was very simple and not so pleasing to the eyes. Though the interior of the hotel was amazing.

There was dampness everywhere. Such properties listed on yr site is surprising
