Itsy Hotels Satya Shree

Location was awesome.View from room was very good.Staff was supportive and polite

Facilities like hot water cattle and a hair dryer could be added in this price. Room given was smaller than shown in the picture. Same room for which I said 3350 at booking.com was available in 2310 at Treebo.

Location is good .They have lift and also facility for driver stay dormitory.

Rooms are shabby , though not dirty but at the same time not very great . Cockroaches can be seen at 1st floor and 2nd floor room . There are other good hotels nearby at lesser price.

Location, Breakfast, Comfort, Behaviour - Everything was fine.

Location, Breakfast, Comfort, Behaviour - Everything was good.

Improper maintenance of Bathroom door.

Kitchen service not very much satisfying.. No proper timing. No seriousness for morning breakfast and tea.. If you have to leave your place at 8:a.m, forget tea and breakfast because kitchen opens around 8 so they cannot provide anything before 8:30 a.m in morning..

Kitchen was not clean..Also the service tray , plates, bowls, glass, spoon was never clean.. Overall whole kitchen team is just doing their work on bottom level.. They never seems to be happy in serving you..A very important: They have used room tiles in bathroom.. Instead It should be Tiles made for bathrooms which do not slips because you can slip and fall very dangerously while taking bath with shampoo and soap.. Happened with me ..just God saved and my head was not cracked otherwise I would be in hospital that day..

"I can't say enough good things about my stay at Itsy By Treebo - Prime! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The hotel's decor was modern and elegant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was always ready to assist and gave excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the city skyline. Itsy By Treebo - Prime is a true gem, and I can't wait to return!"

The room was well maintained and we liked quality of breakfast as well. The place was having all required amenities, that makes it a good place to stay in all weather conditions. The people at reception and house keeping staff is also very humble and cooperative

There is nothing specific as such. Rooms can be cleaned regularly in case of stays for more than a day

Nice location.. hardly 5 mins away from Railway station & bus stand. Nice staff and food. Perfect location to stay at Katra.

Superb

The rooms at Itsy by Treebo - Satya Shree were spacious, elegantly furnished, and exuded a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bedding to the tastefully designed interiors.

Please avoid

No water hand jet in washrooms. Bed sheets were not changed and was also not clean at all

At this price room is not upto mark and service.

At arrival room was not ready. Staff didn't know which room is vacant. Also didn't know that our booking includes breakfast.

cleanliness, supportive staff.

high priced but it isn’t luxurious at all to match that price. old interior, could have been better.

fast service, polite staff, good homely food for breakfast

rooms can be more cleaner, towels and bed sheets had stain, hot water pressure was low. more focus on cleaniness

we checked out immediately after seeing the bed bugs

the rooms are very dirty, poor maintenance and above all the beds are infested with bed bugs.

Passable

it was an average experience as the hotel showed in pictures is not the exact.also few things like beddheet not clean in one our bed and there are red ants over there. Also in the bathroom there is empty bathroom freshner no smell at all.

Hotel was expensive than it looked

Beds weren't that clean and comfy. You can tell the washing wasn't done quite neatly or was just rinsed. Washrooms are not very well maintained

Nothing it is just a waste of Money

Uncleaned rooms , lack of facilities - initially they did not provide basic things like soap and towels and have to be asked - Further towels provided were not cleaned

staff was helpful and let us choose the room we wanted , provided with the things we asked.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and very kind.

Rooms were quite old and not cleaned properly when we arrived the hotel.

Pleasant

Rooms were dirty.Bedding were very dirty.Washrooms were very dirty.
