Very clean and comfortable hotel .The location of the hotel is quite close to the bus stop and parchi counter . Excellent staff and one of the best place stay in katra

Bed is comfortable but not clean..Shower was broken..

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed. I also appreciated the quick room service and the quality of food. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays!"

Stay was nice like home stay.(1) Location 200 meters inside main road was peaceful to stay.(2) Rooms has attached Balcony to sit and have comfortable stay.

There is nothing to say dislike in hotel stay. Overall have all basic facilities.

Terrace view appearance of rooms are heart touching but close to the electricity network which is safety hazards.

No availability of electricity kettle in rooms in winter season as per discussion these are faulty but not repaired or replaced yet, needs to be corrected.

Amazing and cosy stay. Staff were exceptionally good and helpful. All basic amenities were available.

A dustbin or trashcan in the bathroom could make it perfect.

the common areas were clean. it was spacious.

the staff. very impolite. provided false information on having all the rooms booked when asked to change the room after finding the given room was not at all cleaned. charged us rs. 1000 extra for only 3 hours more even after being mentioned that out of 2 rooms we will vacate 1 room within 5 hours of check in but the other room we might require for 2-3 hours extra depending on how the yatra goes since there had been rainfall in vaishno devi.

Booking.com needs to re-sync with Hotel in booking expectations and not keep customers in limbo stat

Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that my stay was not confirmed and hotel was full. i was then forced to look for alternate accomodation. Hotel staff informed that i was required to pay 20% of the stay cost upfront to confirm my reservation. all this was missing on booking.com and hotel reached out to me just a day before booking with payment details. I had then mentioned that since i was on road, i will come to the hotel next day and pay entire amount in cash.

The Room was Good .Very clean,Good Location.as per Room condition price was worthy.

Essential things were not Available like Towel .staf services very poor.we have to call many times for one thing but no action by the hotel .

Aminities were not upto mark and kitchen staff kept knocking on the door asking for us to order.

Rooms are nice. They are also renovating. If you are lucky you get a really nice room.The hotel is very quiet located but close to the main market where you have to register to visit Vaishno Devi. They also provide hotel transport if you want. The owner is very helpful

When the owner is not at his property the staff is just doing as little as possible. They are laughing at the guests. To get your room cleaned can be stressful same like ordering food.First night I did find out that my bedsheets where not changed at all. Really dirty. When I complained next day it took me hours to get clean sheets. If you give laundry they try to overcharge. Don't pay it. But all this is when the owner is not there. The 2 managers at the desk are worthless. Only 3 or 4 staff members are professional, the rest is just playing with your nerves. Very pitty because it is a nice hotel.

Located a little inside from the main road around 500m....no electricity backup for AC or geyser...poor cleaning
