Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Very clean.

We will not be able to find ourselves the property very inside, but good thing is that they have driver you can request for pick and drop.

Brilliant hotel with first class service. Location is a challenge but once we called the owner he sent a cab out to pick my family up from the centre of town. Exemplary service. All staff were attentive and so keen to make sure our stay was excellent. I've stayed in Katra three times now for the Pilgramage, and the Sunshine Hotel is the one I'll return to. Amazing value, amazing service and great and comfortable rooms. Perfect for families as well.

Location is in an up and coming part of town but great service with pick ups by staff.

Just the reception and manager was good. Everything else was horrible.

My room had a weird railway toilet smell. The restaurant downstairs was literally not a restaurant but a street side fast food types with cockroaches and little mouse running around. We fell sick the same night of having dinner from the restaurant downstairs. Do yourself a favour by not eating from there even if you just stay.

Good food

Very greedy operator trying to fleece us with expensive cabs and an exorbitant amount for a couple of hours of additional stay. Promised us extra bed(s) as we were travelling with kids but gave us paper thin mattresses. We didn’t even use the mattresses and asked for extra mattress charges after check out.

Cleanness, good service, and good food are ingredients for comfortable stay, and we had all..Rohit, I guess the manager of the hotel makes sure we have everything at the doorstep, full marks to him.

Room is spacious and good

Room has no kettle and i requested for hot water and they charged me for gas... Bathroom floor was wet all through... Location is a bit inside n not so travel friendly

Very nice people specially Mr. Jatin and Mr. Kartar Singh, very courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious, newly built and very clean. Bedding was hygienic. Overall it was a very nice stay.

The spacious rooms. We booked triple rooms for 7 people and they were tidy with all the amenities in function.

The location. You have to navigate through the streets to reach the hotel.

The hotel staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The in-house kitchen offers good options for dinner, with a wide variety of delicious dishes catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage a day before our scheduled check-in.

The hotel is located in a little inside area that might become a prime location in the future due to the new bus stand development. Currently, it's challenging to reach due to unpaved roads and narrow streets from nearby residential areas in Katra. Transportation can be difficult, as some auto drivers refused to go there or charged more than expected. Furthermore, the airport transfer arranged by the hotel was very costly compared to regular market rates, as I found out later.

They arranges dinner at late night picked us up which was great.

Staff was very responsive at the start of our stay but on the last day they took 1.5 hours to prepare our lunch, didnt provided towels which was frustating.

Good room , they have new construction and good size of bath rooms and cleaned . Very responsive staff .They responded very quickly on your every requirement.They have free station pick facilities also.Would recommend everyone
