- Lovely resort with activities, it's a shame we didn't get to finish all of them due to time constraints. Will require a car to access, parking was easy. Food options around limited unless you drive out, but food at the hotel itself was really good, even though options in the restaurant was also somewhat limited.

Our room size was adequate, and snacks were provided. the hotel was very child friendly—house boxes in the rooms, high chairs at almost every table in the dining room, and a large children’s play area. our bathroom was also very large. Breakfast buffet was included and had many Western and Korean options. The hotel offered a complementary boat ride down the river. We walked down to the docks, but didn’t have the time to take the ride. we heard it was a short ride, but the hotel did give a voucher for every day we stayed.

- The bathroom size was great, but the design of the shower was poor. Water gets everywhere because there isn’t a full shower door or curtain. The dining options are expensive and limited. we brought dinner back to the hotel in hopes of eating it at the picnic tables overlooking the river. When we got down to the tables, there were signs saying “no outside food”. we found this rather ridiculous since the tables were not directly next to the restaurant. It appeared the hotel wanted guests to order picnic baskets through their restaurant. Also, there is no convenience store on the property. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop. if you want to purchase snacks, there is a 7-11 100 meters outside the front gate.

Super kind and thoughtful staff~ the location and activities were very cool too. Its a perfect getaway for the family~It was overall an awesome trip and we came home extremely satisfied.
The following aren't complaints, just two suggestions (our trip was wonderful by the way)Placing a microwave on each floor could be convenient for parents who need to heat up baby food, instead of having to go all the way down to the first floor (We were on the 4th floor. Im sure they are available in the rooms on the upper floors, as they are the premium rooms).The terrace could have used more than 1 chair outside.
Staffs were friendly and professional. And facilities are excellent.
