Staff are professional and clean, room very Clean, we liked the breakfast very much

The seafood buffet in the Element restaurant in the hotel is a little overpriced, and content was not as good as they commercialed

very nice hotel placed on the borderline of Tainan city, very clean and staff are well trained and accomodate to our needs. We stayed 5 nights without a hitch.

May consider one free dinner meal for extended stays (we stayed 5 nights) to see if we like the dinner options in the hotel.

The housekeeping made our stay really comfortable and kept the room really clean. Can't ask for more.

The gym is really simple and not well equipped. The pool is not inviting. The location is far out of every interesting site. You need a car or a taxi ride wherever you want to go.

I liked the location close to the seashore and the river. I liked the large room and the super-friendly and service-oriented staff at the element restaurant. You can rent a bicycle and within 15 min you are at the sightseeing spots in Anping.

Bed was a little bit too soft for my liking.

The room was comfortable, and the dining experience was terrific. This hotel also has a lovely food selection, so even if you are too tired to go out and eat, you can just take the elevator and still get delicious food. Additionally, the service is exceptional. The staff was so kind when we arrived back from bicycling, soaked by the rain; they gave us towels before we entered the air-conditioned building so we wouldn't catch a cold. The tatami mats in the room are very nice, and all the beds are comfortable. Overall, a very nice stay, and a great place to hide from the Taiwan June humidity!

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. The facilities are great too. Unfortunately, i didnt have enough time to enjoy it. I would like to give special thanks to Mr Hao who has been very patient in assisting me on arranging my transportation and also gave suggestions that really made my stay in Tainan a wonderful one.

Big and comfortable room

Drink in fridge will not be replenish.They have 2 trays of fried egg at the breakfast but sunning side up was not available.

Bed is huge! We upgraded by paying abit more. So the room was super big and with sea and river view.

Limited shuttle service to high speed rail station. The hotel should have catered for more services instead of only 1 daily service and couldn’t even book any seat 3 days in advance. Toiletries should be of better quality as current ones are made in China.

The staff were very friendly upon arrival and for the duration of our stay.The room was very well equipped with all amenities you could think of. Balcony was a bonus!The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aircon was on point.Cantonese restaurant was good, although a few dishes were forgotten about, but the male waiter was very young and apologised for his mistake. Food was tasty and decent portions, although a little pricey.

The overall experience was satisfactory. The environment was peaceful and calm. However, we feel that the in-hotel buffet could be improved.

It is not easy to find street food as one needs to walk some distance. Perhaps that's why the area is quiet and peaceful. The bikes are old and need maintenance.

Very good service provided by the staffs. Room is spacious and clean. Awesome view from room and balcony.

Location maybe out of the way. But walking distance to Anping district. Uber and cab available.

The hotel is crown plaza all you would expect of a top class IHG hotel apart from transit bus.

A long way from anything, in middle of industrial area.Posted they have shuttle bus to HSE, then stated no pick up too busy.

Friendly staff. Modern hotel with good facilities. Very good tepanyaki restaurant. Parking garage. Very good breakfast.

Overall, I had a great experience. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to gateway. Chief concierge Mr.Chen was incredibly helpful and kind. He showed care for us.

Rental bicycle was little bit old. I found a dirt at the out side of bathroom sink when I entered into the room after checked in.

Breakfast is good.The location is perfect for visiting Anping
