Very convenient location, reasonable price, simple rooms but clean, and friendly staff. Plus the breakfast is really good, fresh and original.

Conveniently located to multiple food stalls serving traditional meals to bubble milk tea as well as bus stop for easy travelling. Staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English.

Can consider using toilet paper rolls instead of tissue box that is placed a distance away from the toilet bowl.

One of the best hotels in Tainan. Good location. Good value. Strong A/C. Good lobby space.

The elevator is a bit slow but it’s not too bad.

Just one piece of feedback, the bathroom and toilet was clean however I did notice that the tiles on floor inside the shower had a bit of grime which needs to mopped in my room.

Staff arranged paid parking for us. The room and bathroom are new and pleasant. We ask for a second pillow and the staff brought to us. Staff were always ready to serve. Good location.

Room is very small. Bed is small and too soft. Windows do not open and you don’t have a view.

The best deal during our trip in Taiwan! For the price we payed, we were surprised to get such a quality room. In reality the room was much more cozier than in pictures. It was very clean. The staff spoke good English, which was not so often during our trip. If you plan to walk to the hotel from the train station, be aware that the path will include many one-level stairs, as each shop you will pass will have a different height for its entrance. If you have bigger luggage, take a taxi or public transport.

They asked to see my minor daughter’s passport upon check-in because she is not a Taiwanese citizen. Fortunately I kept a photo of her passport in cloud drive and was able to show it to the hotel staff.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were helpful. Everything went smoothly; they provided an adapter when we brought the wrong kind by mistake. We could refill water bottles in the lobby, which was helpful in the scorching heat. The location was convenient enough – when we arrived, we just walked about 20 minutes from the train station. We later figured out the buses that we can take to the station.

Some storage space for clothes other than the single coat stand by the door would have been nice. They forgot to replace the bath mat when they cleaned the room, so we had to place one of the hand towels on the floor instead (we figured it wasn't worth bothering them about). It took a while to figure out that instead of toilet paper, tissue paper was provided that weren't meant to be thrown into the toilet (I understand that using unflushable tissue paper in the toilet is common in Taiwan).

Excellent location just 3 minute walk from Chihkan Tower and Sea God temples.

The room was spacious. The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it’s convenient to walk to all the tourist attractions.

The AC had a weird odor. The room was stuffy. It was clean but the facility looked old and worn.

Perfect hotel as a base to explore the old areas and temples of Tainan. We have no local language skills, but we found it easy to communicate with both the hotel employees and local vendors. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, good shower and reasonably comfortable bed.

The hotel is located within walking distance of most major tourist attractions in the area. I also liked that there was an open area with complementary non-alcoholic beverages where you can just chill and take a break.Overall, it is clean and room is spacious.

The hotel doesn't provide daily housekeeping, which seems to be the norm for 3-star hotels in Taiwan. Not an issue for me but for visitors who are particular, you may want to note this.

Location is amazing for sightseeing. Bed was comfy.

The window was super small, and noise from a festival outside as well as from other rooms was reaching the room quite strongly.
