This place is AMAZING!!.I come from a hotel background and this is best place I've stayed at in Taiwan. From the time I checked in with my birthday cake, until the time I checked out. The staff was amazing and the entire place was beautiful! I will stay here many more times in the future. The best parts were the pool, watching movies in the spa tub and the POOL!!

I asked for a taxi to be ready no later than 7:20 am when I went to breakfast. When I finished my breakfast at 7:15, no one had called yet. nearly missed my train.

Check in time is too late (8pm), this is very inconvenient for travelers that land around noon. We needed to figure out what to do for eight hours. You can make the most of your money in a different location being able to have a normal 3pm check in time.Food at the restaurant is very average, nothing special compared to the facilities. There aren't any restaurants nearby, so relying on room service will not make it a good experience.
