good breakfast and near to Tainan station

the hotel has so much to offer but did not pay attention to details. The carpet in the elevator is so worn and torn. Cleanliness could be improved in the room and hotel surrounding for its status

Wow…what an exceptional property! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and roomy, the staff were superb and the food was abundant and delicious. The self serve laundry next door is a welcome bonus. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly and efficient staff, very spacious room, big bathroom and a very good buffet breakfast. Having a laundry on the third floor was an added bonus. 7-Eleven, Watson's Chemist and restaurants are all nearby.

A very minor thing is a step down from the bathroom, it could be a fall hazard for the unwary.

Location is ? not too far from train station & closed to food streets;Bright & comfortable 8th floor, free (non alcohol) bar & snacks;Good variety of breakfast especially on weekends;Very friendly staff - a young man in bar & a young lady in breakfast room stood out with genuine smiles (too bad I didn’t get her name only noticed her day off was Tuesday, both her posture & attitude were very pleasant); DIY laundry (machines a bit old but clean & efficient) with free detergent

Lights in room & bathroom could be better; no area to hangout or sit comfortably - 8th floor is the only bright spot unfortunately it closes at 5pm; gym is primitive

Beds are comfy, it's quiet (although always dependent on other guests), decor is modern. Staff are friendly. I would stay here again.

Towel is tiny - bring your own. Also, the rooms are separated by a curtain which has a mesh top. Whilst this may be there to facilitate air flow, it means the lights from the hallway beam into your room all night. Either a dimmer switch for quiet hours or the option to turn them off is needed. Bring an eye mask!The mix of hotel/hostel still needs some work. People treat it like a hotel (expecting everything to be cleaned for them) which means the common areas quickly become dirty - the bathroom in particular was an issue when I was there. A few signs reminding guests it is a shared space and they should clean up after themselves would really help. Also, signs in other languages would be appreciated.

It is very close to the center. Price is competitive. I go here 3 times a year

Overall is good stay.

The semi breakfast (only for the first day) does not have much variety. Other days are with more choices.We can't adjust the air con, is cool during night time with raining, we have to switch off and on again after it get stuffy. Not convenience.

Breakfast didn’t refill after empty plates. I had an empty breakfast at 9 am.

The bed are comfort! The bathroom is clean, ans quite spacious!

Breakfast should be improved more. The selection are not really diverse. Some foods are not fresh (especially garlic spread) and too salty (scrambled egg), and the glass are not really clean (got awful smell). It will be nice if the attitude of the waitress are more heartwarming and polite.
