Location is very convenient and easy.

Bathroom is small.

Staff are super nice and helpful

There is only 1 iron for the whole hotel, and it's only in first come first served basis, and they wouldn't let me to reserve it in advance, so when i packed my stuff I ddidn't even know should I bring mine instead or just take my risk to get it upon arrrival. Also it confused me when making the reservation on booking.com, I thought I was having a 3 beds room but turned out the one I picked was like a random room reservation. The thing is they didn't write that in the room description nor facilities, so I always thought I'd have a big room until going in.

The first room assigned got water leak under toilet, the 2nd one got not so cleaned shower sprayer with stain. 3rd room okay, The beds and pillows are comfortable,And room services are good enough.The included breakfast ar nice as well.

The location is great, and the accommodation offers parking spaces for both cars and motorcycles, making it very convenient. While disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, there is a convenience store just around the corner, so it’s still easy to grab necessities. Ordering UberEats is also very convenient. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful; although self-check-in is available, the machine malfunctioned during our check-in, and the staff kindly assisted us. During our stay, a tour group from another region happened to be checking in as well, so this place seems like a great recommendation for large travel groups. The shower had good water pressure and consistent hot water, which was a plus.

Soundproofing is poor. Even though we stayed on the 7th floor and there was minimal street noise, sounds from the hallway, like running or phone conversations, could be clearly heard. We also had a scare when someone, likely mistaking our room, tried to open our door, which startled us awake. Additionally, the light control on the headboard was overly bright after the main room lights were turned off, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if this could be adjusted.

The room is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities.

The only aspect that could be improved might be the breakfast, but since it's complimentary, it's not a major concern.

The hotel was nice and clean, and breakfast was fine.

The location was not near anything.The view from the room was pathetic. We were literally looking at air vents from the room, and there is no view as 4 walls block all the view.

Acceptable, nothing more

During the breakfast, there were no proper knives to be used to cut the food properly. And the response from the employee was a disconserting "不好意思“ after 30 seconds, without trying to even search for a knife within a supposedly international Hotel. Really taking the western customer for a fool.

Clean facility, infinite snacks and water

Unfriendly staff. When we needed to check out, there was only one staff on the front desk, and she was on a phone. there were other staff nearby but never helped us. Took us around 10 minutes of waiting in the end, which was annoying because our time for train was close by.

Price is reasonable and your kind service is great.

The room and bed are clean and comfortable. Big TV and clean shower also plus point. Buffet breakfast also great, they also provide midnight snacks and drinks till 10pm

The hotel is in a nice location and there is a lot of free parking. The hotel looks neat and clean. The room is also very comfortable. The staff at reception were great. The rooms also have little balconies with a nice view of the city.

The breakfast was really bad. The food was very basic. There were no cleaning staff and you have to take your own plate away, clean your table and even clean your own plate from any food you didn't eat and put away your plate. The only thing you don't need to do is wash your plate. It felt like I was at a boarding school for breakfast. For the price I would expect much better and at least staff in the breakfast hall.
