- Unfortunately, this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The toilet was situated in the living room without a door, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, I was asked to pay around 30 euros extra for a 2-hour early check-in, even though I had sent a message in advance to inquire about it and received no reply.Check in is at 20:00To my surprise, the family room had condoms and lube next to the bed, which was unnecessary and inappropriate for a family setting. Although the room seemed new, it felt outdated and worn out. The noise from the nearby road was also quite disturbing.Moreover, the staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. The lack of an elevator meant we had to carry all our luggage to the 4th floor, which was very inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was kind and the breakfast was satisfactory.Overall, these issues made our stay quite unpleasant and I would not recommend this place to others.

the room is clean smells good beautiful as seen in the picture and spacious.... we enjoy using the spa and bath tub....if you want to have relaxing night with your friends i recommend to book here... And the food was great too....
The shower is broken and they gave us different room not the same from what we booked.....
