Location, not clear directions for parking
Great location for shopping .The bed is comfortable.
It is overpriced comparing to the facilities, service and cleanings. The carpet in the room is very dirty and the bathing amenities’ holder are not cleaned up.No pajamas.
Good vibes. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff.
Small room that cannot accommodate your regular luggage.
We stay here every time we visit Tainan. Clean rooms. Excellent facilities. Top notch breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. attached to a mall and night market
Good resturant and the hotel have mall inside
The room was small but nice view
Modern and international hotel adjacent to the T.S. Mall shopping center. Spacious rooms with excellent modern design. Excellent breakfast with great variety. The nearby luxurious shopping center offers a supermarket, many restaurants, pastry shops, and stores.
Peripheral location in relation to the city center, which can be difficult to reach as public transportation is infrequent.
Clean, comfy and with nice breakfast
Helpful staff
Noisy, old furniture and in need of renovation, far from city centre
Highly recommend this hotel, stayed for 4 nights, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
Good location and connected to TS mall which is very convenient to go shopping and eat
The room is getting old I came here once when it just opened. The floor of shower room needs to be cleaned deeper. The swing resting chair is not comfortable.
good locations, near by the department store.
The decoration design makes people feel oppressive, and there is a black cabinet directly above the bed.
Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Located in the Dream Mall.
This is our second stay (first time was 3 years ago). Property does show noticeable wear and tear in the rooms. But overall very clean.
good price with high quality. design
a bit away from the centrum
The staff were very helpful. They made sure my logistics to and fro business meetings were arranged the night before. All my meetings went smoothly and I will strongly recommend this hotel for business stay to all guests travelling to Tainan for business meetings.
The location and food service. In addition, they offered some exhibits. That is good to go around from 6F to 9F step by step. Suggest guests arriving that hotel should take some time to have that view.
Location was very good. Staff was very friendly. Good value for money. Kids enjoyed it.
Instructions to parking lot/elevator can be made more clear. It's better to park car in front of the hotel, unload all the luggage and then park in the basement
