Provintia Hotel

The breakfast was very good.

The front staff was extremely rude! As soon as I got to my room they called me and started yelling at me in Chinese even though i couldn't understand them. Also paper thin walls and they started construction at 8am!

We loved the breakfast buffet! The spread had a great variety of Taiwanese and Western foods. Our room was huge and had a great view of the city.

Our room could use some updating, the carpets looked very aged, and there was a faint smell of cigarettes. The location was somewhat close to the temples, but better dining options were about 10 minutes walk away.

breakfast was amazing , alltough limited choicetriple room was great with balcony but only one bed having electric socket on its side , the other two beds need to plug its electrical device on the other side walls (plenty sockets tough). Shower + bath tub is plus point. Welcome fruits are really nice.

I really liked this hotel. The interior design and the room were really different from other hotels we stayed in taiwan. They have a public area where people can eat, read, and chat. They. also have self laundry service that was very convenient. The location is great for visting Tainan.

Our shower had some draining problem but the staff came to fix it immediately.

I like the room decoration and the qualities. The common area is great too! We travel with a group of friends so it was nice to have different room choice plus a common area to hang out with our groups.

Highly recommend this hotel! Everything from the check-in process to check-out process was smooth. They even upgraded my room! Everything within the hotel also felt very cozy, luxurious, and well-designed. There are thoughtful details everywhere and it shows they really put guests' comfort as the #1 priority. The location was super close to all the cute restaurants and stores I wanted to visit as well.

The hotel has an amazing design, we had the room for 4 people and it was spacious, both room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet has many options of traditional food to try. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place.

This boutique hotel has very tasteful interior design. We booked a room with vinyl player, we get to rent vinyl for free from the lobby. There are also film cameras to rent at the lobby too. Staff were very helpful with the vinyl rental arrangement! They have great facilities too. They have a thoughtfully curated library (books are mainly in mandarin). There are also well equipped kitchen and a communal dining area. They even have an arcade room! There are two washing machines and two dryer, great for those who stays long and need to do laundry The breakfast provided is at a restaurant at top floor, which has modern retro design. They provide wide variety of local food at the breakfast bar, which we enjoyed a lot! Provintia Hotel even created a newspaper, book and booklet that introduce attractions or food in Tainan city. They don’t have to do that, but they put in the effort to give the extra touch that elevates the stay. The Provintia Hotel team has done a good job! From design, to hospitality, branding, to even collaborating with the local community for special event. Please keep it up, needless to say, I will come back to stay in Provintia Hotel if I’m ever in Tainan again.

Absolutely beautiful architecture and interior design. Our rooms were so gorgeous, bit of a modern mid-century feel. Loved the breakfast. Staff were super helpful and the communal level (8?) was amazingly designed.

Nice modern hotel, good breakfast for a really cheap price. A friendly welcome drink and really great staff. The location is good for many of the popular destinations in Tainan. Downsides, my room was near the elevator which has a bell for when it arrives at your floor which wKept waking me up. The WiFi in my room was really poor, not usable. The AC could have been a little bit better in the room.
