Fushin Hotel Tainan

Very large hotel. They have a number of travel groups. Lots of variety at breakfast. They changed the options every day. They have an egg station. Large comfortable rooms.

Fact it it new breakfast buffet had great choices and staff very professional and helpful

Room a bit small hard to move around

The hotel is located in central location. Near Tainan train station, and 國華街。300-350 NT taxi to Ten Drum/Chime museum; Anping area. Staff is excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Chiang (蔣先生）。He brought out a map, showed me the area attractions. The information he provided helped me better planned my visit. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Bonus. Dryer and washing machine is located at basement, free for guests. Breakfast buffet is great, too.

Great location - walking distance to the 国华街 which has a lot of great food. The staff were also super friendly and gave advice on which location to go, etc. Breakfast was also great!

Spacious and tidy room, exactly like the photos. Staff were very friendly, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast had a big variety (Western & Asian), with many tea selections. Central location, close to temples and old streets, about a 20-minute walk from the main train station. The free laundry facility with detergent was a great bonus.

Hot dishes at breakfast weren’t kept warm enough. Also, no hair conditioner or body lotion provided.

The room was big for 4 of us with modern facilities. Breakfast spread was good with a wide selection and we could have fried eggs freshly cooked for us. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Staff was friendly.

This place is all about the location and its attentive staff who mostly spoke good English.

It was non-taiwanese friendly, but being a 4-star, I'd have expected more facilities being translated to other languages. But not a deal breaker. This is why I travel to explore outside of my comfort zone.

Everything was great! Lovely decor, huge and comfortable bed, great facilities and polite staff. Wide variety of breakfast. Location is not the best but Tainan in general is not too walkable so best to rent a bike/scooter or uber around

Breakfast is very good with lots of variety! The location is great and convenient. I especially like to recognize your staff, John, who is very helpful and friendly. He gave us useful advice on nearby attractions and restaurants.

The bed is a bit too small. The amenities are not sufficient.

The front staff at doors and reception was attentive. The door bell staff had help taxi driver to pick up our luggage which I haven't expected that. The receptionists were helping us to check-in and keep our luggage during our sightseeing. The room was spacious and we loved that they have water dispenser every floors. I got the good sleep on the night I stayed.

Staff very helpful, great location near some tourist atractions and a lot of great restaurants and places to eat. Some night markets are close, about 20minutes walking. The room is very big.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Even my hard-to-please dad thought the food was fantastic. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to help us. We ordered a shuttle service to the train station at 3:30 pm, but we arrived back at the hotel about an hour earlier. They offered to take us to the train station right away so we didn't have to wait, and as such, we were able to catch an earlier train.The hotel was clean. We noticed the control panels in the elevators were spotless as they were cleaned constantly.

While the hotel itself was very clean, they still had mosquitos. I was bitten quite badly while staying there.

the family room is large and good enough for short staybreakfast buffet is very good.value for money. the location is closed to the Garden night market, it takes only 23 mins to go there.shuttle bus provided and it's very good to transport to the train station.

it would be better if the shuttle service more flexible on its time schedule.

you may meet lot of students who are on a field trip (esp during the month of January)

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially John Jiang (I hope i got his name correctly). A few times before we left the hotel to explore the city, he was there to give us advice and answered all our queries. The breakfast was very good too. Very value for money and we enjoyed our stay there. Will return to this hotel if we ever visit Tainan again. Location is about 15 mins walk from the train station.

We are bicycle touring. We were able to store our bikes inside.Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast amazing. Free drinks on arrival.

A slightly more expensive hotel where we stayed because reports of an approaching typhoon made us decide to look for a really good and safe hotel. Exceptionally for November, a typhoon was announced that seemed quite strong on the weather maps. However, by the day it was supposed to reach Taiwan, the typhoon had already weakened considerably and there was ultimately no problem anymore.The slightly more expensive hotel of course had very comfortable and large rooms with very large beds.The bathroom was equipped with a bath and a large shower cubicle.The room also has a kettle and tea.Funny thing was that in the evening we could not find all the switches to turn off the lights. One particular switch was hidden under a pillow on the bed ?Very large breakfast room with the most extensive breakfast buffet I have seen in Taiwan: Asian and Western dishes! Everything very tasty. When checking in, you choose a time slot within which you can have breakfast.The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the train station: one long street with a sidewalk that has many small thresholds that doesn't make it easy for those travelling with a trolley. Very friendly staff at the reception who help with city maps and information on how to get somewhere.Ideal hotel for those who don't think it's too expensive.

Location was good. Lots of food eateries not far from hotel, walkable distance. Free use of laundry and dryer were a plus.

the interior of the room is a bit old; no direct public transportation from the train station to the hotel (it takes approximately 20 minutes by walk)

Property is well maintained. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. Location is convenient and staff are friendly. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious choices.

Wish there is a sitting area where we can purchase coffee and other drinks. The coffee shop next door only opens at 1 pm.
