The Hotel is comfortable ,Clean and behaviour of stuff is friendly. We have feel no problem in the hotel

The size of the room was good, Family Room had 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom was clean & equipped with basic stuff.

The location of this hotel is not so good. Its inside lanes within old city market. Also the street has garbage dumped.Additionally, this hotel entrance & reception is filled with bad smell of cowdung as the adjoining house has a big Tabela(shed for cow & buffelows). So the staircase which leads to the rooms is also filled with smell of cowdung, and a bit also the rooms.

Bed sheets were not cleaned one.Bad smell from cow dung out side. The location of the property & ambience is bad.

The location was near to Rly station and bus stand

The surrounding was very un hygienic.debris was lying on approach road of hotel.one has to shut his nose till the spot was over.

Staff behaviour was very good ?And Room is also good and spacious and Near Dehradun Railway station.Parking Facility is available here.

There is near hotel Street corner end Garbage collection that is not good.

There is a cow shed in nearby house which spreads dung smell.

Kachang spread on the road besides hotel.

They not able to provide us any room when we enter for check in....we have already updated that we will reach around 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. but when we reached at hostel they don't have room empty....in such night this is totally unacceptable....unprofessional

Absolutely horrible

The room was smelling of cow dung. The dustbin was not clean and was smelling bad. The bed sheets were not changed. The walls were cracked and dirty. The bath room was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned. The hotel staff was non co operative. The photos are deceptive and are false advertising.

The bathroom was in very bad condition. The toilet jet was not working properly. Room smells so bad.

The property is right next to buffalo stable. It stinks all the time. I checked in 6AM with my wife and 16 months kid. First thing I saw at the entrance is a reception guy sleeping with a bed right in front of the reception desk. He was basically surprised to see someone so early in the morning. We got no help with our luggage from the guy who was taking use to the room. I carried 3 bags through stairs and my wife was carrying the baby. Now the room that was given to us was full of dirt. Bed with a lot of hairs on it, bedsheet full of stain and a smelly blanket. I went right back to the guy at reception to change my room, he moved us to a room with AC and now the TV doesn’t work in this room and he was asking us if we have a pen to help him fix the TV. I booked this room because I had to travel further and my booking at the apartment where I had to stay was allowing us only after 12 midafternoon. I just wanted to get some rest before for few hours 6AM to 11AM. I paid the full amount for 5 hours stay and felt like I have been thrown into trash with my family. Booking. Com has been terrible with its ratings. This property has been rated 7.2 by them but it should be blacklisted. The receptionist kept saying that the my friend is not allowed at the property whereas when my male frnds came he didn't said a word ?

Value for money. Beds are comfortable. Best price range for budget travelers.

The roads are not good. Cab doesn't go near the hotel, need to walk at least 1Km from the main road.There was no cupboard to keep things.

We really liked the size of the rooms and it was tidy.

The location on Google maps is confusing, updating it could be great.

Staff behaviour was quite good and the Food provided in the dinner was quite tasty at reasonable rates.

Location, it is inside the street and the road leading to it is a garbage dump. Early morning garbage collectors start pulling their screeching carts.
