Although I booked for a double room, for the first day they gave us a three bed room and an extra charge of Rs.500 lcharged. The double room then given was not spacious or comfort having no almarahs to place bags and no proper hooks to place the used dresses. Very unpleasant behaviour from the reception counter. They arranged a taxi for our visit to Mussoorie but the taxi was reluctant to go to some key points to be visited . It was an intolerable experience. Please blacklist such hotels from Booking.com

I booked this property based on its glowing reviews, but my experience was nothing short of horrifying. The room they allocated me was absolutely filthy—dirty bedsheets, stained walls, grimy bed, overflowing dustbins, and filthy curtains. The bathroom was revolting—clearly not flushed after previous use, and the level of dirt was unimaginable. I’ve never encountered a room in such a disgusting state in my life. To make matters worse, the surrounding area was equally appalling—open gutters, filthy roads, and an overwhelming presence of mosquitoes and flies. The streets were so narrow that even a cab couldn’t access the location to pick me up or drop me off. It was the most disappointing and revolting experience I’ve ever had. I will never return, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

The bed cart quality could have been better

Location was in 4th grade, with no parking, very narrow stair to get hotel rooms at upstairs. Once you come with vehicle, very horrible to locate. Very worst locationOwner misguided me, he told wrong information. Stupid and 420

Misguided by owner

You could stay at a much better place in Dehradun for the same money. The first look at the room was a let down. Bed sheets and duvet had tons of marks/spots on them. Beds were worn out. Bathroom dirty. Hygiene was a joke. Such places should not be allowed to operate as a guest house.

Nothing , hotel woner recommend me for another property (gokul grand) . Which is situated in a bad location,

Unclean, adding unnecessary extra charges, its location beside the cemetery, and not safe for girls

Staff behaviour was very wierd and not unmarried couple friendly.

All staff and property owner both behavior are awesome. They helped us for all matter. So overall experience are Exellent.

Cooperative and accomodating staff. Tasty omellates and paranthas. Staff is always ready to listen to your problem and solve it by guiding you for moving around in Dehradun because it was our first visit to this city. Thanks a lot.

They have big and spacious room, most especially the batroom was quite big. Overall good palce to stay.

The hotel is located in very busy and narrow crowded road. Entrance is normal like you’ll take a stairs to go the guest house

I'm not staying. As is often the case with Booking.com, I went all the way to Rikisha, but I was refused because it was full. I also had a bad attitude. It's the worst experience

There is nothing for liking because The behavior of staffs was not good, there was too much arrogance.

The rate shown was for booking. com P usse jada demand rahe hai. They said that if you pay cash then you will get Rs 750 otherwise you will have to pay Rs 850. a lot of things were happening. Kept arguing for a long time. Due to which I missed my train and later took Upi also.
