Super Hotel O GMS Road Ballupur Chowk Formerly Maira Residency

There was not even one thing to like

Rooms are dirty water are not coming..We waste our time time The staff does not know how to treat a guest. We wasted our precious money by coming to your hotel. We came from a long distance after a long journey thinking that our stay would be good but we were disappointed.

Not a place for family stay

I won't recommend this place for family stay. The washroom was very dirty and stinky. We had electric shock in tap in bathroom. When I complained to the staff, no prompt action was taken. There is no restaurant in this place. Breakfast was ordered from outside. We had to remind the workers several times that breakfast is included in our deal.Overall the location is ok. But the place is good for couples spending time hourly. Ladies underwear and empty alcohol bottles were thrown outside rooms in the balcony.

Owner and staff were polite and helpful.

No facility for tea, coffee. Food needs to be ordered from outside. No lift available.

The property is in a very bad shape. It smells like hell and is not suggested at all, so far worst place I have stayed in.

The rooms were in a very bad situation, the bed sheets were not clean at all and no towel no water bottles, they only took money and gave us a nightmare of an experience.

When we reach the property, they refused to accommodate us stating that it has been allocated to others. As per booking agreement, we had to pay them at the hotel but the reception person says, he has no accommodation though my name was clearly seen in his reservation list. This hotel is not suitable for visitors from outside.

Behaviour of the staff is atrocious.

Very affordable for a late booking and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Good secure room with plenty of space. Basic but nice.

Facilities were minimal. No Wi-Fi and no tv were ok for the price but bad plumbing and no hot water is no good. The basics are important. Also we had a cockroach on the washroom.
