Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road

Staff was excellent. Location is good. Cleanliness was exceptional.

There was lot of noise and disturbance till late at night. AC was not cooling. Breakfast was poor.

Safety, amenities, sanitization, food, location

Facility was good including location and staff

They should change the policy as they were charging Rs 100 for providing a plate in the room I am disappointed as this is the treatment given after paying a tariff of 7,000 for a night

Room was excellent, comfortable and great value for money. Staff was very courteous, polite and very friendly. Location was great too- easy approach after entering Dehradun and also quick launch pad out. Will stay again for sure!

The food we ordered was not very great but can not assume all is bad. Other than that not much that was not in order.

The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Especially in the restaurant, although the food is quite expensive and the prices should be reconsidered.

Price of food. Due to Covid I couldn’t step out of the property to eat so had to eat in, the prices were very high

Food, clean, location.

Nothing to complain.

Great attitude of staff. Good location.

Felt the room size a little small. Also AC was low.

Location and prompt service. Good food

The service was quite good, and the rooms were large and spacious. The layout of the rooms was good too, and loved the bathtub - a steal at the price. It also appears to be fairly well connected as autos are easily available at the gate and many facilities are within walking distance.

There was no warm water while we were there, so bathtub was not as enjoyable as it could have been. The shower was not working too well either. The plug points were loose so charging devices became an issue. The WiFi could not be connected to our Alexa enabled device because of the sign-in requirement. The bathrobes were not available in large enough sizes. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Location , cleanliness and convenience

No pool access , no hot running water

The breakfast had lot of spread,, variety and covered taste of all. The quality of food was very good. Service was very prompt.

Ambience, food, hospitality of staff

Water accumulation in bathroom

Very poor

Food too expensive compared to its poor qualityAC not effective making room uncomfortableDesign fault in shower area

Room was very well cleaned and maintained. We need to specially mention Shanu & Kumod from the house keeping team for their excellent service during our stay

Pleasant

Room (No 408) was not cleaned ... Silver foil was lying in room, dustbin was not cleaned .. tissue papers were lying ... towels were not cleaned ... they were having stains ....Adjoining room was having some Kids & due to common door between both rooms, night was very disturbed ...

CleanlinessPeaceful

Breakfast quality was not so good

Very conveniently located on the main road and we have stayed there often. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is efficient. Breakfast is substantial to start the day

Was taken aback to be told that the hotel charges for any extra request like plates and cutlery. Considering its a Ramada and not a budget hotel, that is in very poor taste....

Breakfast was very good, and room was proper clean also.location is wonderful, this is heart of city.

warning for check out before 11:00 am

Excellent hospitality. All staffs are well trained and very well behaved. House keeping staffs are very prompt and our special thanks to Kamod. Ladies at the reception are really very supportive with all their gentle gesture.

Staff is good rooms are clean sanitised when asked to clean uo room.Food is also good but menu ,variety is limited ,it can be improved upon

The basic items provided were only for one individual in a doubke occupancy room It should be changed without askingThere is issue with hot water availability for 24x7 standard hotel should not faulter on this imp aspect
