Lemon Tree Hotel Dehradun

Breakfast experience was very bad . Fruits are smelling and was spoilage , after complaints fruits changed with the reason that freeze was not working but how you can serve this type of food to your visitors . We have order 3 cup of tea which was also deleiver us after 20 minutes and was tastleless and cold . Overall Food taste was not so good . We have experienced so bad in the hotel . Suggestion to visitors not to visit the hotel as service is very poor . No one was taking care of used plates removal from table after request . Other customers are also waiting for the orders and was not so happy in restaurant . We have offered to upgraded the room which is appreciable other this was not upto mark for hotel and we have feel that this was our mistake to choose this property . We belongs to gurugram city in haryana and all are very much known faces and respectable in the society We are regular visitors in dehradun as we as a group of approx 30 peoples are doing real estate work in this area . We will not visit again to this property , this is our first and last visit to the property . Thanks a lot to the management for this type of service . Thanks ??

Frontline staff (reception,guard, restaurant)is very courteous and customer caring ,house keeping staff is doing exceedingly well in keeping hotel cleanliness as per standards.Amal pathak the restaurant manager is very focused in providing best services to customers by doing direct interaction with each customer in restaurant

Room tariff is on very higher side I have been charged rs 16600for two days without cp plan.But keeping view the same level (4star) hotel available in dehradun in same area rajpur road ,it should not be higher than rs12000/- with cp plan

It Was On Good Location

Staff Behaviour Was Very Bad . At The Time Of Breakfast, When I Told Them that Breakfast is Cold , They Said You need To Eat The Same . They Cannot Provide Fresh Hot Food As It Was 10.55am and It 11am was their Closing Time

Getting upgraded to double king size room was a blessing. The breakfast was great, Staff was super helpful and pampered us right throughout taking special requests for food with a smile.

Lemon Tree takes their name too damn seriously, the entire hotel had strong smell of citrus, little too much for me. The bathroom amenities were of very poor quality including the bath towels and the room decor is little too dated.

Abu Dhabi 10th March 2025 With deep disappointment I must say that the reception staff were extremely rude and uncouth. They dont know how to talk to a respectable lady. I can name one as Ms. Swati. The other one's name I did not get. They were not even apologetic after their extremely unruly behaviour and misconduct. It is unbecoming of the front desk staff to behave this way when my wife's I-card was somehow missing from her purse and she could not produce when asked. I was a regular at the Lemon Tree Dehradun, and she had accompanied me many times and never we had to face this . I must tell you that it was my last visit to that hotel and I will never go there again. The front desk staff Swati must be severely punished for her boorish behaviour, if this hotel wishes to host international guests like me and my wife. I must thank here the Manager Amal ( If I remember his name correctly) , who intervened and allowed my wife inside the hotel.

Overall the feeling of being in an world class environment along with excellent staff made it worth it.The Buffet was good with plenty of variety and the loctaion is an added advantage

The Reception at night since w reached a bit late was not upto the mark as no one was there to take luggage to the room was a only thing that was short else all well

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful in responding to all my queries about various trips around Dehradun. The housekeeping staff, Kitendra Singh, Vikram Rathod and Paras did a great job keeping the room clean and fresh. The Cafe also served good breakfast. Second time this year i stayed here. The Pacific mall shopping centre is next door. Very good location...

The room was not clean, and we noticed a plastic wrap under the table that was not cleaned for the full stay, and we had a lizard staying with us in the room

1. Service was slow. 2. Basic aminities not up to the mark. (a) Comb was of poor quality. It scraped my scalp.(b) Wanted to note down a telephone number. Could not find any paper / pencil to note down.

Not good room as expected and also room given due to mall and gaming zone very noisy. Food quality very poor.

The experience was truly exceptional! We loved the location and were impressed by the outstanding hospitality. I must give special recognition to Mr. Rohit at Citrus Cafe, whose service was extraordinary. Additionally, they graciously extended my stay by an extra 2 hours at no additional cost.

The property is at a prime location.

The hotel room was far away with elevators only available at the opposite end of the room. It was always a 200m commute everytime we got out of the room.

Location was good

The executive room window overlooks the food court of the mall, there is no natural light coming into the room and it's disgusting to have a so called executive room facing an enclosed food court.
