Treebo Calista, Patel Nagar

It was quite comfortable and hygiened.

Wash room is very old fashioned , water tapes are pathetic.

Evething was good cleaness, location, food also

Cleaning

My booking was transferred to some other hotel

Allotment of room took 45 min.And we had to travel from one place to another ...At our cost...they could hv called and diverted if rooms weren't not available

A good location with reachable shopping Market.

Everything was good except the fact that being a Treebo Hotel they didn't provide the Bathroom kit.

Punjabi Breakfast was Good. Location is too good. The towel provided was not of quality, it was torn. For tea bags, mils sache we have to call again & again. Rather it should be a routing without asking the guest.

Size of room very spacious

Bathroom dirty, bedding old, mattresses hard as rock and rooms noisy (could hear vehicle Horns all night long and couldn't get good night sleep). Breakfast tea no taste and no juice or fruit offered

Nothing was there to be liked.

The AC was making loud noises. It was awful. The food had to be ordered from the hotel restaurant, and first of all, 70% of the items on the menu were unavailable. The food we ordered was terrible. We ordered butter tandoori roti but got plain tandoori roti, and they even added coffee by themselves and charged me for it. Also, the taste of all the items was so bad. Here's a suggestion: if your hotel's food quality is lacking and the items on the menu are not available, at least allow us to order from outside.

All services is very bed Wi-Fi AC Tv room service

All

Very poor

Poor staff, poor management and worst washrooms

It is good small rooms but good to stay. Tea cattle was not working and even after intimated about the cattle they have not replaced. Also the staff is comming after 7.30 so you have to tale tea after 7.30 and even if you have cattle but not working so no good morning tea. Thisnis the part i dislike else good

Its a average hotel. Staffs are good, Restaurant foods are tasty, sufficient quantities and price is slightly higher. I took executive room which is very small but cleaned.

Being an executive room, there is no tea /coffee maker at the room. The tariff is higher. In this price we could get better amenities in other hotels of similar kind.

Very nice staff.... clean room, loved the ambiance
