Hotel Vishnu Inn @ Dehradun Railway Station

Booked this place just for a night to catch the train early next morning. The biggest positive is the closeness to the railway station. It's just a 3 min walk to the station. The room was big enough for two people and the luggage. The bed was firm but comfortable. The TV worked. AC was also good. There is hot water heater for the bathroom which was also good.

The overall cleanliness was not up to the mark for the price. The hygiene could be improved significantly. The bathroom could do with a scrubbing. The floor also looked like it had a lot of stains.

Tv was not working even asked staff to check but nothing done to find the solution, they ignore and only focus on money or how to get more money from customer

Staff ignorance and attitude

staff were good and cooperative. House keeping we’re having a nice smile on their face with approachable attitude .Being a solo traveller for first time, felt safe .Food too was good.

Before handing over, I wish the toilets were cleaned properly and given. Else rest things were absolutely fine.

Helpful staff. Helped me in carrying luggage to station about300Mts away at )4:30 in the morning.

Rooms are good

The staff is very rude, and they charge more then the price shown online. And when I ask he even don't tell me why they charge more then the price. Staff was very bad ?.

Good location, plenty of restaurants around, comfortable bed, good shower.

Good, clean air-conditioned rooms with hot water.Excellent location for those using the railway station for transit.

Value for money, similar rooms were available at a cheaper rate in the neighborhood, as I later found out.

I didn't like anything

Location was very bad like slum area.. bathroom was very smelly .. manager and few staff members were very rude.Room was not clean, mosquito was there,Totally wastage of money.

The swift food delivery and we’ll heated shower

The floors and tables were dusty, was later mopped with a smelly mop.Air conditioning took 3+ hours to cool down. the rooms were clean and also the linen

reaching the hotel is an issue, it’s placed inside a dingy road which is too narrow to even drive a car inside. moreover it was renovation going goin on and they have us rooms exactly adjacent to those rooms where renovation was happening. it was all dust and noises we all feel and hear

Internet issue in higher floors - I have to work from cafeteria downstairs in cold temperatures

The hotel is good. Prices were reasonable and staff was good.

The washroom was very dirty. I had to call the staff to clean it..but still they didn't clean it properly with Harpic. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.
