Super Townhouse Prince Chowk Near Railway Station Formerly Hotel Kolam

Nice rooms with affordable price near railway station

Staff were good.Room space is good.

The hotel does not have anything maintained .neither wifi, not cleanliness, lift were not working , kitchen open after 9 am, bath room has water leakage .

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, staff was cooperative and the location was good at the main city centre.

There is nothing I like about this hotel. The property was good, but due to a lack of maintenance, it stinks and gives a very gloomy feeling. The only solace I felt was that the staff were really good. Thank you, folks, for taking care of me.

The property needs proper maintenance. The lobby, elevator, kitchen area, and finally the rooms, blankets stink. The TV was NOT working. Each time I needed hot water for a shower, I needed to ask the staff to turn on the geyser. Attaching few photos of the hotel I took.

Rooms are spacious, good service ,near railway station

Room is clean and comfortable for family

The name and management are different so confusing for addressDrinking water are not providing at night

Room is fine

The staff isn’t reponsive at all especially at night my mother collapsed in bathroom I was calling to the given number of hotel but nobody answered my call I felt very helpless

Location, staff

Poor breakfast, no mineral water bottle

Staff are rude and not supportive

Online payment is showcasing less amount and onsite demanding more amount

Geyser was not there in my bathroom though sticker was there which says please turn off the switch after using it?, kindly look after this things. Over all it was good experience over there✨

Absolutely nothing! One of the worst stays ever. Will never recommend it to anyone. It is better the hotel is closed shut as it is unfit to be operational. Anyone staying here is bound to be disappointed and will be wasting their money

I stayed here with my family. If you want to sleep and wake you to a swimming pool floor in your room, this hotel is for you. Absolutely worst! The whole floor was dripping wet with water when we woke up and my parents who are old nearly slipped multiple times. Upon asking the staff they played dumb to it and were exceptionally rude. There was no hot water in the toilet and the towels and bedding provided were extremely dirty. Absolutely wasted my money, no one acted on any of the comments to provide a refund either. I wanted to a have some peace during my holiday but all i got in return was utter disrespect and extremely poor staying situations. Absolutely regret my decision to book this place. I hope no one else goes through this. Hope the authorities take some action on the hotel

Spacious room and cleanliness.

Lack of facilities like providing toiletries and towels.

Specially the rooms are neet n clean staff is very cooperative. Mr Pankaj a young n dynamic Staff he help us alot. Overall our stay for 2days was excitement.

Room was clean food was good. service was also good

Disappointing

It was a good place , we have faced issue with the checkin at early time , then the room we booked was not offered , dirty bedsheets , room and washroom

Architecture

Took extra payment in starting later staff was itself unclear about things

Room size was good

1. Room wasn't clean, had dust on the floor and in bathroom. 2. Cockroaches ? in bathroom and in room3. Bedding not provided for third person as room was booked for 3 people while it was mentioned during booking

At the reception counter I was told that maine was over booking as I have not paid prior to check in. I was not allotted any room. Therefore I search other options to stay.
