Treebo Premium Pearl Avenue Banquets And Lawn

Leekage in the washroom though informed but no attention given

The view and food was good

The TV and electric kettle in the room were broken, and the person sitting at the front office had a very bad attitude.

The staff was cooperative and supportive. Food was good and tasty.

The room was not at all good. Torn wallpaper, broken tiles, broken bathroom tap, seepage on the room wall. Such a room should not be offered to the customer.

Fantastic stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful views, delicious breakfast, and relaxing ambiance. 10/10!

Nice location, Delecious food, overall very good experience ?

Uncertain booking, prompt response from staffs

Decent rooms in a generally decent place. Staff were very helpful at Reception, not so much in room.

Staff responding to housekeeping requests were generally not particularly helpful and in one case rather aggresive. Had to call on reception staff a number of times to get things done

Location

Washroom toiletries

Good service & excellent staff

Washroom amenities not placed in room ,and room was paining required & wallpaper need to change...

Staff was friendly

Maintenance. Room had water seepage. Bathroom dirty no shower and exhaust noisy . Property needs extensive modernization and revamp

The behaviour of the staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping was marvellous. Cleanliness was perfect. The location was also very good. The food was tasty. There was ample parking space. The only issue which I faced was there was no exhaust fan in the washroom.I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The washroom needs exhaust fan.

The room was nice, the property was located in a quaint area. It was quiet and peaceful.

I was initially given the key to a room that was probably under use by another guest. The hotel facilities did not match up to the other Treebo properties that I have stayed at. Usually the toiletries at Treebo are complimentary and here I had to pay extra for the same. The washroom cistern was faulty, kept leaking the entire time. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had Uttpam one day which did not taste like Uttpam at all. Lastly, I had informed the Hotel about my delayed check-in which they considered however, refused to accommodate an extension in check out which should be an ideal courtesy.

Nice sized room. Comfortable bed. A strange smell in corridor. No iron available on request. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options could be better. Overall very nice stay.

No iron Mould in bathroom Strange smell in corridor

Staff was good, service was good. Breakfast was also very good

Bathrooms could be better

Prompt room service with expected kind of food and beverages.

Neat clean rooms, hot water at all times, peaceful ambience and VFM

Conceirge service was poor as we had to carry our own luggage

My experience at the hotel was horrible. Many roaches in the room and bathroom. The smell in the bedroom was very bad. The breakfast service was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Stuff behavior was good

Breackfast was bad qouality . Room not clean . Totally anything was not good
