Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun

amazing hotel and excellent staff! everything was awesome! they went above and beyond on everything - food, housekeeping, front office. this has become my go-to place in dehradun/mussorrie from now on.

the pool is a bit small.

It is up to date and modern. The facilities were what you expect from Marriott. The views were excellent from the room facing the hills.

Location and to some extent service. It took three hours to get a room after we arrived at the check-in time. Very unhelpful at the desk.

Housekeeping needs to ramp up

I really liked the location, and the rooms were clean. However, it could have been better if the pool was heated and if there had been some activity for kids.

I enjoyed my stay so no complains!!

Mr. Abhishek, on the reception was exceptional. He made my husband’s 50th birthday memorable by upgrading our room to sweet. I am so thankful to him.

Pillow cases have stained in every case.small Breakfast area compare to guest number. Too crowded.

Hospitality is exceptional, Chef Naveen, Manoj and Sumit at the restaurant were outstanding!

Not anything we can think of

Staff members are very proactive and helpful! Room was clean and beds comfortable! The patisserie near the lobby has great selection.

Everytime we have stayed here the breakfast had a lot of variety but it’s not delicious but average like any other basic restaurant not luxury the tea and coffee should be improved vastly and that breakfast was a downer. This time we chose to have breakfast outside and not the hotel breakfast

It was a regular property. Definitely not 5 star standard.

Breakfast was catered to a wedding family without giving any consideration to the rest of the guests in the hotel. There were no non-veg options and all the dishes were prepared in accordance to the instructions of the wedding party. It’s really disappointing as a regular guest to face such a situation and worse that a brand like Marriott allowed this.

The breakfast spread was quite a large one when compared to other hotels. The hospitality extended by the staff - Pawan, Priyanshu, Naveen Abhinav and Neha was commendable and touching.Overall, the stay was very comfortable and up to the mark. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you once again.

My Mastercard credit card didnt work here but was able to work at 3 other hotels in india and felt very judged by the male staff

The marriage in their lawns. However they quickly changed my room to another wing

Room bed mattress was too soft. On request they put a hard board on the second bed but that was also uncomfortable.

The spread for breakfast was lovely. The staff was keen on helping.

No Salon or Spa at the property.
