- We came by car with a driver. We were assured that our driver would be accommodated. He was given a very nice room; however, initially he was told no room. We had to come down to the front desk to resolve the matter of his accommodation.
- I booked 2 night stay. I called on the day of arrival to inform the hotel of my late time as a courtesy. At that point, I was told by receptionist that my stay was cancelled. They thought I got lower price though I booked it directly from hotel website. I had to rebook it again at a short notice and cost me over 4000 Rs. More. I complained to the receptionist again on arrival. Spoke to couple of them. Both promised to have a look but no one got in touch with me. It felt like a scam.

Clean, spacious rooms, dinning was good

it’s beautiful and clean. we loved all of the potted plants outside, the warm water. we didn’t use the gym but appreciated the option. The breakfast was fabulous.
Noisy event in the conference room went on until about 11 pm but we understand and it didn’t bother us much.
We were looking for a quiet place to rest due to the circumstances of the trip. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and the hospitable and accommodating staff were definitely a bonus.
The toiletries available weren't the best but we all are prone to specific tastes and requirements.
