Pride Premier Solitaire Dehradun

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were absolutely cozy. A special mention to Arti from the front desk, who performed her duties with great sincerity and made my check-in process seamless. She has been accommodate my request of twin bed as well. The bellboy Sachine & Sonakshi GR were also very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities like pool, gym, restaurant, bar & spa Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying here again.

So nice and clean good vibes

Food and staff rooms

The restaurant was good. Kitchen team was friendly. They even honored our request for off the menu item.

The room, which smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception team was not helpful during checkout. When I explained about how bad our night was, the supervisor at checkout did not offer any thing to offset the inconvenience. It is not value for money.

The staff were nice and accommodating when I needed to change rooms. The room service was good, and had a nice massage.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I was unfortunately pretty disappointed with my stay. It would be nice for a property to give you a notification when they are hosting an event, and you're one of the only guests not in the party. There was shouting in the corridor all night long that kept me awake, and I was told I couldn't use the pool in the morning because of a wedding which was one of the reasons I had booked this specific hotel. I had to ask to move rooms when I arrived due to mine smelling like smoke from a room across the hall, but even the one I moved to had a musty smell and hairs on the bedding and floor. I wouldn't stay again.

the service

the quality of the room. the mattress. you can hear other people in the adjacent room.

ambience was OK. staff was OK . the hotel was well lit up

The quality of curd and cottage cheese was pathetic in the breakfast. In fact cheese was smelling but they replaced cheese and curd upon our request. Even in the dinner , mix veg contained cottage cheese , which was smelling . A lot of flying insects in the dining area. Our car was not allowed to come in, though we showed the booking. Finally our car was allowed to come in only after we complained at reception. There were some crawling insects in the room, beds were not so comfortable too. Hotel refused to serve more than 2 liters of filtered water.

The property is amazingly managed. Hotel solitaire have all the in-house facilities in property like pool spa gym Resturant and bar. The staff is so humble and helpful. Specially The manager Ms Sheetal and her team who will go beyond your expectations to make your stay comfortable.

Hotel property Hotel roomsFood and services are very good

Our trip was truly wonderful. It was a joy to spend quality time with my family and witness everyone having an amazing experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, and the staff's warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Every aspect of our stay, from check-in to check-out, was flawless and efficient, allowing us to fully enjoy our time together without any disruptions.

I like the services and facilities of the hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful specially Aarti & Sonakshi

Pleasant stay at The Solitaire, nice staff & manager Sheetal maam, Arti, Rajesh, Sonakshi & Rakesh at Front desk were very helpful.Room was very clean and goodFood was also very amazingOther facilities like Pool, Spa, Coffee shop & gym Overall the stay there was fantastic and place was also very good highly appreciated and recommend

It’s located conveniently for me

The aircon conked off on both nights. Could not sleep

The food was amazing.Staff was very considerate and sweet, specially the manager Ms Sheetal. All together it was a warm stay. There are ample amenitiesSpa and pool makes the stay even more relaxing and pleasant.

The service at the hotel restaurant was very polite and accommodating— I can’t say the same for the front desk.

The front desk was rude and didn’t want to help us find a taxi, they told us to find one ourselves and we are foreigners so it was very hard. The rooms were very unclean with mold in the bathroom. Everything seemed barely clean. Not sure how this is a rated four hotel.

Excellent ambience and hospitality, staff is very cooperative and polite, hotel is very neat and clean, food is also delicious but they should include more vegetarian dishes in their menu

Everything is good

It was good in taste and multiple variety. Live counter was good.

Allotment of room.

Bad

Room service was pathetic, air conditioning not working at all. We stayed in a so called suite room but it wasn’t even like an executive room. And in room refrigerator was not even available.

The hospitality is at par and the food is amazing... my stay has always been a memorable one... To remember just 1 name Ms Sheetal the manager at the hotel and other too really are very courteous and really takes care of their guests needs... all the best to the whole team and best wishes... Most recommended place for your stay, whenever you visit Dehradun....
