- Booked from Booking.com, Despite of confirmation of booking from the hotel staff on call, after reaching at 11:30 PM in night at the property, the staff said rooms not available.For next 4 hours we spent the night on road and customer service has only one answer - " they will mail the hotel in 48 hours and will the response "Due to this, my further planned hotels got delayed and cancelled and After 48 hours cancellation fee will be charge.A complete harrassment by Booking.com

Staff was not good
Nothing. Upon reaching the hotel I was told that AC was not working. They could have informed this well in advance.
The hotel had a fantastic location near some of the city's best beaches.
The hotel's breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.
The hotel's concierge service helped me plan a memorable itinerary for my trip.
