QUANG TUNG CATBA HOTEL

Near the ¿I love Cat Ba¿ sign

No hot water, no staff on site, vacant reception area- had to wait for someone to stop by, no housekeeping. Breakfast was a huge disappointment: a bowl of noodles, some bananas and a box of milk. Could have the same thing next door for $2

Comfortable, walking distance to cat ba town. Staff was very helpful-we booked tours, did laundry and organised transport to our next location all with the help of the staff.

Amongst the best view of Cat Ba hotels. We saw sunset and moonset into the hills in front, from the balcony.

There is some construction going on in front

The hotel's rooms are fully equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and free wifi. Some rooms have windows overlooking the sea or the surrounding landscape which is quite beautiful. Although not a high-end hotel, the space is comfortable, clean and quiet. Service: The hotel's staff were praised for their friendliness and enthusiasm. However, some visitors reported that the service could improve in speed, especially during peak season.

a bit noisy

After my friends and I rested at Quang Tung hotel, I felt that this hotel was the right choice with a low price but extremely good quality from the staff's service to guest activities. The hotel brings guests really fresh and happy smiles. I hope to come back next time to experience such a good service.

The biggest plus point of Quang Tung Hotel is its very friendly and attentive staff. From the welcome to the time I checked out, I always felt their enthusiasm and attention to every single request. With a diverse and rich menu, I can enjoy delicious dishes, from European dishes to unique local dishes. The restaurant space is spacious and airy, the ideal place to start a new energetic day.

There are still some small errors

Rooms at the hotel are quite clean, airy and fully equipped with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was quite spacious. I am very satisfied with the quality of the room here. However, if the interior or room decoration can be improved a bit, it will create a more luxurious feeling.

a bit noisy

The hotel also has a number of other amenities such as a gym, spa and car rental service, very suitable for those who want to relax or explore the city. The hotel's location is also very convenient, near shopping areas, restaurants, and famous attractions, helping me easily move around and save time. After my stay at Quang Tung Hotel, I felt it was very worthy, from the quality of service of the staff to the very good technical infrastructure, it gave me a wonderful vacation.

Although the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, some guests experienced connection problems, especially on higher floors or areas far from reception.

The hotel room is very beautiful, modern design, creating a feeling of comfort and luxury. The view from the room is beautiful, facing the ocean, helping me relax and enjoy my vacation. I am very satisfied with the service quality of this hotel.

staff

Bad hotel with dirty room and terrible service, some of the reviews are clearly fake and misleading. Make sure you check the bad reviews first before check the good reviews. It's not worth it to stay here

Every morning when I wake up, I always eagerly await breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast menu is very diverse and rich, from European dishes to local specialties. I like the hot cakes and fresh seafood dishes the most. The restaurant space is also very airy and pleasant, with natural light from the windows, creating a very relaxing feeling.

There are still many things to fix

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay at Quang Tung Hotel, a hotel known for its quality service and convenient location, located right in the city center. This is truly an ideal stop for those looking for comfort and convenience during their trip. As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the cozy and modern space of the hotel. Each room is fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, flat screen TV, minibar and especially a very comfortable bed, helping me have a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

Besides, there are still many things that need to be overcome

I chose a standard room and I must say I was very satisfied. The room is clean, airy and fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and toiletries. Although the space is not too large, the reasonable design makes me feel comfortable. In particular, the bed is very soft, helping me have a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the island. Service: The staff at Quang Tung Hotel are very friendly and enthusiastic. When I need to ask for directions or suggestions about travel activities, they are always ready to help with a very thoughtful attitude. Furthermore, the hotel has motorbike rental service, very convenient for exploring surrounding beaches and tourist areas.

Still paying attention and hoping the hotel will fix it

After a business trip and staying at Quang Tung hotel, I felt very comfortable and peaceful. It brought me a very good trip because of the perfect quality. This hotel gave me excitement and desire. Come back to experience the service again and again

But there are also a few insignificant things that need the hotel to pay attention and fix to have the best service

The hotel has many amenities such as a restaurant serving delicious dishes, a relaxing cafe area and a fully equipped sports area. In particular, the hotel's swimming pool is very clean and the surrounding space is very comfortable. Price: I find the price reasonable with the quality of service the hotel provides. This is a great choice if you want a comfortable vacation without worrying about costs. Summary: I am very satisfied with my experience at Quang Tung hotel and will definitely come back in the future. This is an ideal place to rest, relax and enjoy quality service.

Some noise

During my recent trip, I enjoyed the comfort, thoughtfulness and enthusiastic hospitality of Quang Tung Hotel. Everything became exciting as soon as my family and I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a lot of treatment and enthusiasm from the time of arrival and departure, along with the quality of modern infrastructure to the services of the staff. I feel like I have chosen a good hotel and look forward to returning. return

However, there are still a few errors but it's nothing too big and I hope the hotel will be more perfect next time.

Rooms: Hotel rooms are clean, spacious and airy. The interior is modern and luxuriously arranged, the bed is comfortable, helping me have a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The special thing is that the equipment in the room is new and works well. I really loved this hotel and vacation

Besides, there are still many points that need to be fixed, although they are not significant

I had a wonderful stay at Quang Tung hotel and want to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located, near the city center, with easy access to famous attractions. Room is clean and comfortable: Room is fully equipped with amenities, soft bed and airy space. The bathroom is clean, hot water is always available.

There is no spacious parking lot: Although there is parking, it can be a bit cramped during peak hours, with not many places to park.

Oh, Quang Tung hotel is a good choice to stay, the food is delicious, exactly what I want, the staff's attitude is what I like.

The bedroom for me is a bit dirty, the hotel needs to improve on this
