Incredible views, very clean, super friendly and helpful hosts

Loved this hotel! Spacious and clean rooms, modern decor. Loved the shower and bathroom, felt very luxurious without paying the price! Lovely little balcony with sea view. Great view from rooftop. Smart tv was great.

Location not amazing as out the centre a little bit, but we hired bikes from the hotel so did not have an issue with this. The mini fridge in the room needs cleaning!

The location is excellent! The room was large and has everything you could want. Some of the staff were very friendly and really tried to help when the lock for the room jammed close.

The breakfast was a bit basic. The room was not made up over the day. The see view is arguably there, but you only get to see a silver trough a trash filled crevice in the mountain.

Housekeeping not done on a daily basis. You should ask for it.

A very well positioned hotel, with a great vew to the bay. And a bit isolated from the noice of the downtown. They have a snooker table and a very nice bar with tasty cocktails. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quan helped with the tour, the motorbike and the bus back to Hanoi. If i came back,.Will Stay there again!

We booked only one night, but we extended our stay for another two. It is an amazing place. The staff is super friendly and helpful; they have a great attitude and can solve problems. They’re always smiling! The atmosphere is great—keep it up! There’s a restaurant serving good food until 21:00, and a rooftop space where we could relax in the evening. We rented motorbikes at a decent price, and we also booked a Ha Long tour through the reception. They can help with anything which made our stay more relaxed.

The views from the sea view bedrooms are amazing. This hotel is 1 of very few that give a great room view due to lots of construction on Catba Island

The staff are definitely the best thing about this place. They are so friendly and helpful, always greeting their guests with a smile. The hotel is really clean & I really liked the view.

It was quite noisy at times (internal & external) and this impacted my sleep. The breakfast was quite basic. As a vegan, there were limited options. Having more fruit and healthy options would be nice, however, the room rate was not very expensive, so it is unreasonable to expect a high end breakfast.

I enjoyed the location. Easy to go rent a kayak and go to the Lan Ha Bay! Play pool is also fun in the evening.The room was big and nice. Maybe it's worth paying the extra money to get an amazing view (my friend did and I was jealous).

The hotel is very new and impeccably clean, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. My wife had a serious stomach issue in the evening and needed to go to the hospital. The manager personally came from home to assist us, helped with translation at the hospital, and even bought the necessary medicine. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife received proper care. We are deeply grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Location super good, very nice view of the bay, especially in the morning great sunrises, a room with sea view is worth it. Room spacious and very clean, simply furnished, but everything you need. Beds comfortable, very nice large, modern shower. Beautiful large roof terrace with plenty of seating. Scooters can be rented from the hotel for 150,000 dong/day. Excursions are organized by the hotel at fair prices, you don't have to worry about anything else, everything went smoothly. The owners are young and motivated and very warm and helpful, we were allowed to check into our room at around 10 am and had breakfast free of charge on the morning of our arrival. On the day of departure we were taken to the bus stop by scooter free of charge :)

The towels smelled a bit strange and the breakfast selection could be a bit larger.

Everything war amazing. The staff was always helpful, the breakfast was great and the view from the rooftop is stunning. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with great staff. We loved our stay here. The location is a bit out of the center but that is a positive thing. Still very central and staff is helpful with arranging transportation.Motorbike rental and laundry service are great! A big plus, they have a super cozy and chill rooftop with bar and restaurant service, amazing after a busy day on the island.

The hotel is new, located near the harbor, quiet and peaceful, not noisy. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center, but it's close to the Pier, which we really liked because the center is currently under renovation due to the aftermath of the storm. Everything was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. The top floor is a great choice after a day on a boat tour. Highly recommend it, 10/10

The staff was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and always smiling and extremely nice. The view was very nice. Tried to do everything for our stay to be good.

When we booked the place we saw that it was 12 minute walk from city center, however when we arrived found out that there was road work and walking was 35 minutes. This forced us to take a cab every time to get a proper dinner which was very frustrating since we felt stuck in the hotel. Also the cab driver tried to scam us but fortunately the staff was helpful with that.Breakfast was subpar. Bed was creaky and on weak springs. Very noisy with little to no noise insulation. We could hear everything outside and downstairs. Shower flow was weak.

Staff was super friendly!! :) Hotel was clean, Room was clean. Shower and bed were very relaxing. They even have a comfy rooftop. In the lobby is a good billard table. We had a great expirience!Would recommend this to friends anytime!

We were very happy to get some breakfast and dinner, without having to go anywhere. If it would have been a bit better, it would have been a rare 10 from me.
