CAT BA WONDER HOTEL

Hotel were incredibly welcoming to me extremely comfortable really lovely staff the breakfast was absolutely amazing

Nothing really perhaps the breakfast could been served a little later till 10am but it was fine

Location was perfect, it was one of the first times. I saw some of the cool culture in Hanoi here

The room had no windows in the room I booked but besides that I liked the room personally.

Our stay at Cat Ba Wonder Hotel was excellent. The team was incredibly kind and helpful, and even let us check in early when we arrived after a detour. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, close to everything but still peaceful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and really appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Cat Ba!

Nothing. Horrible location, horrible staff.

Staff are not trustworthy. Scam tourists of money. We paid for taxi with speedboat from the hotel and the taxi dropped us off with a ferry ticket (costs 1/18 of the price of speedboat) and fled. Staff first tried to convince us this is what we ordered and after they did not succeed with that continued with all sorts of excuses. We wasted a lot of time, nearly missing our flight. We asked for refund for the change in tickets and only received and absurd amount back that doesn’t cover even 1 speedboat ticket. If you value honesty and don’t want to be scammed, I don’t recommend you stay here.

We were given a key to a room that hadn’t been cleaned twice before the manager had to spend another 5 minutes looking for a clean room.

Staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. They assisted with booking tours and the included breakfast was delicious. The Wonder hotel is away from the construction happening on the bay. The rooms are clean and well presented, beds were comfortable.

No bottled water in the room.

Nice location, great breakfast, friendly helpful stuff

The water in the pool is too hot! It's a heated pool, and it's really too warm... dangerous for older people and kids this temperature. My daughter couldn't swim in it and was really disappointed.....The views from the hotel aren't great at all.

Humid room also a lot of noise as the hotel is located next to a karaoke bar (or two). Room not as nice as in the pictures. Very friendly staff, 10/10 for them!

Very clean and modern Hotel...nice service....anytime again

The noise of the Karaoke Bar was at times a bit annoying

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is immaculate and the roof pool is a bonus. Breakfast was good. The best value for money ever.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was really handy for getting around and the housekeeping team kindly dried out clothes for us when they wouldn't dry in our room.

It was quite noisy in the evenings as there is a loud hostel nearby.

Was given an option of 2 rooms, both were decent sized and clean. Breakfast was good with a few options every day. Staff were all friendly and happy to help

There is a lot of work going on round the hotel so when relaxing by the pool you can hear it all round. It is within walking distance of the Main Street but is set back from the main roads

Location, facilities, beautiful room, lovely friendly staff

The service and the clean rooms.

The facilities. For example, no functioning gym.

Nice breakfast, asian and european. We were able to check-in early with no issues. We used motorbike rental and tour booking via reception, both was good and smooth.

We had a lovely stay here, it was so comfortable and homely, the breakfast each morning was amazing and the staff are so friendly and always wanting to help. We booked a day boat cruise through the hotel and it worked out to be a very good deal.

Cute little place, hot showers, clean rooms, great breakfast as well
