Super comfy beds, rooms were very clean and the staff in reception were very helpful.

Breakfast was not great.

Swimming pool. Thick towel, friendly staff. Very good price. Clean… great breakfast

The location is great with lots of lovely Restaurants and cafes nearby. The Cat Co 1 beach is just a short 15/20 minute walk away and bus stations are nearby too.The room and facilities were great! The room is nice, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern. We really loved the breakfast which includes eggs, bread, pancakes, bacon, yogurt, fruit, and much more.Lastly the staff was soooooo friendly and helpful. They arranged Early check in for us, booked a tour for us and were overall great

Great location, close to many restaurants and shops. beds comfortable and room clean. good hot water with shower. rooftop pool fine for a dip in the warm weather. breakfast good. all good for price paid.

Good location away from all the constructions on the island.

Hotel can be very noisy. We got a family room because it was the only one left. Unfortunately the other rooms on that floor were booked by one big family who kept talking loudly despite we asked them to keep it down (early morning and late at night) and going from one room to another.

Beds were seriously comfortable! Breakfast every morning was tasty, location was ideal

Good standing for low price, a swimming pool on top, and close to foreign popular meet place. And quiet, which is more than good when you know that all the city has siteworks

Amazing hotel! It’s brand new, with spacious and very bright rooms. The beds are super comfortable, and the smart TV is a nice touch. The staff were really kind and helpful – they offer a variety of tours at fair prices. They helped me book a private car for the first day, a boat tour for the second, and a bus to my next destination – everything was easy and handled with great care. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby as well.

The pool is a bit small (but good enough to cool off), and the shower had hot water but low pressure – although that’s probably normal on an island.

Ben was very accommodating with a slightly later checkout due to a transfer delay. Good location, did not hear any of the construction works from the foreshore so that was a bonus. Very good price which included breakfast. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room and two bottles of water supplied. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed, pillows and blankets were comfy. The room was quiet, no street or hallway noise. The hotel breakfast was yummy. There’s also a nice restaurant just across the street with a great menu.

The bed sheets initially had a blood stain on them. The staff were very helpful changing the sheets when we raised the issue.

Super comfortable beds. Had the best night sleep. Good breakfast. Close to eateries. Laundry service. The rooftop pool was fabulous. Ben at reception was very helpful and arranged an early morning transport service for us to get to the Ha Long Bay cruise terminal.

This is a very good hotel and service. The excursion services they provide at the front desk are high quality.Special thanks to Ben for his help in organising our trips and excurions.

The hotel was spick and span, the staff were helpful. We were checked in by the owner of the hotel, a very sweet lady and took us 2 mins to check in which we really appreciated as we had a long bus day prior to arriving and the quick check in really help us get to the room and relax. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here once again if we happen to make it back to Cat Ba.

Early morning 8 or 9am there would be loud drilling, hammering and construction noise from the neighbouring room for some labour work. I believe it's a new hotel so there are still building works taking place.
