Beautiful views, great service.

Some rooms do not have good views and breakfast did not have an omelet bar. Both actually are very minor complaints as we were seldom in our room and breakfast was still very good.

Beautiful room that is very spacious and clean with a large balcony and amazing bathroom. Staff were all very friendly. Decent buffet breakfast. Very nice, large resort property. Nice water park that could be great for families/kids.

For first time travelers to Phi Phi, I think the location is not ideal. It is pretty isolated from the Phi Phi city center. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach/close to city, but they start charging after 9 pm which is a bit early.

The view is good. Entire campus is good.

The swimming pool was under construction.

Everything was good. Except yhe pool was out of action. We were told that it would be all working the next day. But wasn't. Disappointing as the Hotel is up a hill and I booked it for pool use.

Staff and rooms were first rate. Unfortunately this hotel is quite a distance from everywhere you need to go. There is a taxi which will take you to the beach if the town every hour and more if you need but it is very far from beach and town.

Very isolated, no room safe , no phone to reception, not for people who have walking problems. No iron , board in room, no tea refreshments left in room

Away from the chaos of Tonsai. As many others have said, up the mountain (obviously), shuttle runs till 9 or you have to pay 300 bahts or you can just walk, takes about 15/20 minutes uphill from long beach. Bit of a graft but perfectly doable. Nice Spacious, comfortable & clean rooms. Cleaned daily with drinking water and coffee refreshed.

Octopus & reservoir somewhat spoils the view from superior ocean view. Expensive for Thailand, but standard for phi phi.

Love the hammocks and in bungalow AC. The wifi was great and the view from the lobby was nice

About 100 stairs to get up to reception, wish they gave us a warning! The gym is outside and the pool is poor, super tiny I would not have advertised it

Interesting experience. The hotel is located on a mountain, there is a shuttle to the beach every hour from the hotel. If you go to the city, the shuttle is paid. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean, the balcony has a view to the east.

To find the bus stop to the hotel from the city, you have to go through a quest. It was not comfortable

Paying for a delux sea view apartment, does not save you from the 30ft orange octopus waterside. And the empty reservoir. Wasn’t very nice felt abandoned from outside the rooms. Walls paper thin. Might as well share with the room with your neighbours. For the conversions and noise you will hear late night. Left a day early no refund

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room due to lack of availability of the lower range rooms, so we had two balconies with breathtaking views. In the morning we decided to skip the shuttle to the main beach and walk to long beach - the walk was fine, it was quick and didn’t seem unsafe.

We decided to go to Long Beach before checking in so when we returned to Tonsai pier later at 6pm, the staff member who was meant to take us to the hotel wasn’t there anymore. We contacted the hotel via booking for further instructions on how to get there but got no reply. We couldn’t call the hotel with our E-sim so had to go to another hotel and ask them to kindly call Phi Phi Mountain and ask them to come pick us up. The pick-up point was ambiguous and we waiting over 30 minutes for someone to show up. I’m thankful we waited though - when we were on the shuttle we realised that the only way to the hotel from Tonsai pier was through a very steep, long and not badly lit road. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do it at night time.

The views are amazing

The location makes travelling to the main streets of phiphi difficult.It cost us alot of money because we were late for the pick up timings

Loved this resort ! Has everything you need in it good beach pool and food location was great views and the staff wore great and so helpful , although it was out on its own the hotel offer shuttle bus to and from the main town on phi phi , great experience altogether !

The room was big, the ocean view was not bad but not that good as they are trying to make it look.Breakfast was as good as in other Thai hotels - some vegetables, 2 kinds of fruits, about 10 main dishes including eggs, noodles, rice, bacon, some desserts and toasts, 3 kinds of juice, tea and coffee.

Location is awful!They are NOT on the beach and NOT 350 meters from the beach as it is written here. They are far in the mountains and you need a shuttle bus to get to the beach. They've got a shuttle once an hour. If you are 5 minutes late you have to wait for another hour.The same with the town - very far, one shuttle an hour.The stuff was ignorant.There was no toilet paper and soap when I moved in. They brought toilet paper later but didn't bring soap at all!! I had to use shower gel instead.The safety box was locked. They cane with the key, opened it and settled the code 0000. And it wasn't possible to change it - an error occurred on every attempt. They didn't fix it. Just suggested that I use a key. And leave all my valuables in the "safety" box which can be opened with the code 0000.One more time - ignorant stuff.And very poor English.

The room and balcony were the highlight of the stay.

The hotel was quite expensive and looked amazing online. When we got there it was so far from anything, however a shuttle bus was provided for free up until 9pm. The main issue was that the pool was non existent. The hotel need some serious maintenance doing to it. We were so disappointed with our stay here as we booked solely to use the pool and relax, which was not possible here.
