No place to sit and work either in the room or in the lobby.

Good localisation. Staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful room. Complementary snacks.

There was a strange smell.

The rest was everything great! Clean, free pure water, free food amenities, coworking space, washing machine, dryer…

No plug on bathroom and no effective shower

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was no nightclub noise at night which is rare in some areas of the island.

Construction was on-going every day. Air conditioner are tired and unable to function properly.

Great location and the staff were nice.

Wasn’t made aware of the renovations going on prior to booking, would’ve stayed somewhere else If we would have known.

Super cute boutique hotel tucked away from all the noise of Phi Phi Don! We loved the room, staff were kind and just a lovely vibe overall! ?

The bathroom smells really bad

Was a short walk from where you want to be

Brown water issues, a big plastic wall blocking any view from the window, the bathroom and towels constantly smelled damp. The TV didn’t work, only had one channel which was in Thai and it could not connect to the internet to use YouTube or watch anything else. our friends had cockroaches in their rooms, the lamps had no plugs for you to use them anywhere and as it close to what seems to be a nearby sewage run, you will need to hold your breath for a while when passing it

The propety was a short walk away from the strip, however located next to a sewage stream, so absolutely stinks going in and out of town. (Hold your breath for 30 seconds situation)

-Nobody informed us you need to press the button. on the door to lock it when leaving.-no hdmi cable for the tv.-Found 2 cockroaches.-safe didn’t have batteries so didn’t lock.-bathrooms have mould and paints peeling off.-night lights require your own usb plug.-located next to sewage stream, stinks.

The room was not as in the pictures. Also, it was so dirty. Mold everywhere broken furniture etc. We ask them to change room and they told us that this is not possible

Comfy beds, clean property

Property was different than booked! They gave room on second floor (instead of ground), we needed to take our 25kg luggage suitcases by stairs! Also there were wall in the front our window and very loud in the night (no proper door).

Loved this hotel and would definitely recommend. Clean, safe and in the heart of busy Phi Phi - but quiet. Our room was simple, but spacious. Staff super helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Great value for money.

Bed (matress) is like a brick, nothing in the room to hang your stuff to dry, no chair, next to an open smelly gutter

Location is very good, bed was ok.

Bathroom was terrible, it’s old, smelling very bad. There are no towels for hand and hair. Only 2 Towels which they left also were smelling so bad. We could not use them even. They don’t give you beach towels so you have to pay to rent them and also leave deposit for the towels. Wifi and mobile connection is very bad in the room. Paid 80€/night and we were not satisfied at all. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, you can't dry your hair in front of the mirror. Stuff also not helpful a lot especially gentleman in the reception is not smiling at all. Reception is only till 7pm there. After you are entering with a key by yourself. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Property was in a very good location, pretty much central to everything and a 5 minute walk if that to the seafront. Reception staff were very kind and informative. It’s really just a place to lay your head, as Phi Phi is basically Magaluf/Ibiza for Thailand and we did not realise this, it really is a party island, so wasn’t quite for us, but of all the accommodation we seen, this was the nicest of all other options which seemed to be mainly hostels.

The property was clean but it could do with a little updating, as our room looked a little worn down in some areas, and there was a pipe into the shower that was just dripping from the ceiling cold water. No view out the window, just to a dirty sideway and graffiti screen from the back of another property. As it’s a party island, you can hear literally everyone coming in from all hours of the night.
