Nothing. This is the worst hotel in Thailand.

This hotel is awful. The staff was almost comically rude. Our "Jacuzzi" room was a small pooled filled with algae and unusable. They promised a 20% refund and then told us they don't know how to refund people at check out and breakfast awful. Terrible!

Location was good. Breakfast buffet was decent.

The room needs repairs and updating. The sliding glass door didn't close all the way leaving a gap of open air for insects and hot air. The floor was coming up. The beach area lacks seating. There's one shade tree and you have to be up early to claim a spot. Umbrellas would be nice like the resorts on either side.

Really nice breakfast, free access to deck chairs and sun-beds on the beach, good wifi in the room.

The room walls are really thin so we could hear almost everything going on in the neighbors room.

My stay at this resort was excellent! I really liked the beautiful surroundings and the amazing attitude of the staff – you can tell they truly care about their guests. They even helped me with my luggage since I had a broken toe, which I really appreciated. The services were above standard, and everything went smoothly. The location is perfect, with easy and direct access to the sea, and the view of the ocean and the landscape is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection and fresh ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

What I didn’t like was the old air conditioning and the many uneven steps around the resort, where I unfortunately broke my toe.

Beautiful beach location, very private and away from busy tourist area - however this is only accessible by long tail boat which depending on conditions can be difficult to get on and off of

Rooms are big but in great need of updating and deep cleaning, bed was very uncomfortable and caused backache after a few days. Air con does not cool down the rooms sufficiently, it was actually cooler outside in the 30 degree heat than inside due to the sea breeze. Breakfast was poor and we did not bother after the first day. Family who arrived at the same time as us moved hotels due to cockroaches in the room.

Big and clean room, nice staff, long beach is a amazing location

Noisy clima, poor breakfest, just fruit was good, no cheese, sea was amazing, a few sunbeds, but the worst experiation was the free transport from the hotel to Pier, where drivers pick up some tourist too for the money, so the boat was overcrowded by people and bags, so she almost sank!

The best thing about this place is the location. It’s chilled and away from the noise of Phi Phi town. There are about 5-6 restaurants to choose from along the beachfront but the better 2 are on the very end of Long Beach. The accomodation is like a 3 star hotel and was great for our 6 days. After changing from the plunge pool room (which wasn’t very private) we had the better superior rooms with a great view up a small hill and some stairs. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed but generally leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. Our rooms were made up almost daily or whenever we put the sign on the doorknob. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but they do cook up good fresh eggs and omelettes - a staple in Asia :) We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of fish off the beach and around the rocks when snorkelling but needed to be careful of the currents.If you’re not too fussy this place is great and I would definitely come back just to relax and eat.

The owners need to use a toothbrush and some bleach in the tile grout in the showers. It’s not hard to throughly clean this.

Beatiful room and view. Need to get a boat taxi as far and some dangerous bits to walk. We did it and it was very hard and dangerous in places.

I liked the beach in front of hotel

Room was not clean as it should be, walls are really thin so you can hear everything from other rooms, selection of food was pleasant..

Location is right on the beach front. Depending what room you get depends how far away from the beach you are. The views are amazing. And long beach is beautiful you are right next to shark bay so you can snorkel out to it and you can see monkey island from the beach.

The pool in the picture looks a lot bigger than it actually is. Getting a boat taxi back from the town at night can be await. We had to wait 40 minutes to get back as they like to try and fill the boat to make it worth their trip. They will take you but you have to pay more.

Bad

The staff is always on their phones, either watching movies or scrolling through TikTok. Every time you try to ask something, it feels like you're disturbing them. The place looks abandoned and dirty. There's a difference between being old but clean, but this hotel is the definition of old and dirty.

We had a villa with plunge pool. This was very spacious and nice. However, villas were joined and the sound proofing between the rooms was non existent!The location right on the beach was fantastic.Breakfast adequate.Reception staff friendly and helpful once I had arrived - see below

Despite attempts via three routes nobody from hotel responded to answer questions I had before arrival.No sound proofing between the roomsHotel needs to provide shade (umbrellas) and more Sun loungers. Can’t just rely on the one big tree to provide the shade for everyone who wants to be on the beach

Location, location, location.....we stayed last year and could not wait to come back.Beautiful room ,great facilities, helpful staff. Will definitely be back

I recently spent a week at this resort on Long Beach in Phi Phi Island, and while the property itself showed its age, the location was absolutely breathtaking. Staying on the first floor with a sea view from the terrace was a dream – waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the panoramic sea views made the stay unforgettable.

The apartment was comfortable, though it felt quite dated, especially the bathroom. However, I completely understand that here, you’re paying more for the incredible location rather than luxury accommodations. The room was clean and functional, which was all I needed for a relaxing beach getaway.The breakfast was somewhat limited, but there was always enough variety to find something satisfying.

The beach. Comfortable bed. Staff were very kind.

Room on arrival was dirty. Marks on walls, windows filthy, bathroom not clean. It’s run down and tired. Needs a revamp. Totally different to all the photos. Breakfast quality not there. Get up early to get a sun bed.
