Cons -
- The superior room originally booked was well under expectation. To the hotels credit, they allowed us to move to a nicer room with a balcony. There are no steps into the pool which makes entry and exit difficult for anyone with physical disadvantages.
- Due to the water taxi schedule we had booked for 4 nights but couldn't stay the last night and had to leave a day early to catch our flight and they wouldn't work with us not paying the last night or offering any partial refund.
- Thick hard pillows, tiny rooms and bed. AC doesn't cool, super slow WiFi

This is the best Hotel on the Island, great staff and a great pool right on the ocean, A+
Didn't have an Iron
Staff was comprehensive about our situation
The rooms were like a fraternity. There qas blood stains on the wall and the room was not what was shown on pictures. We had to upgrade to a villa to meet our standards and obviously had to pay much more
Nothing !!! Terrible hotel and really bad experience . Would not recommend it at all . Save your money.
