Beautiful location, stunning pool, right on the beach! Absolutely lovely! Only thing is the rooms could really do with a makeover. Beds, bathrooms really need a revamp.

Bedrooms could really use a renovation but otherwise lovely place.

They would make my bed everyday! And location was very convenient

I saw mold in the corners in the bathrooms and the shower had also signs of not being taking care daily! The sink would not drain properly! And even though they told me before room was very noisy but didn’t warn me before! Just when I arrived and told me that I could just pay half and see if I could sleep! There should be a note in the reservation notes!

The resort was big and the service was kind, but all of the other was not a great experience

My room wasnt what it was shown in the pictures, I found a dead cockroach, it was very far from the resort itself and the way to my room was dark, almost outside the resort and anyone could enter from the streets, it seemed dirty and old, the room was old and the lights at the bathroom werent working, the room was dark, had no lights at the center of the room. The shower was broken also and moved when you open the water.Also they charged an xtra fee of 1000 bahts (30 $) to use the pool that is close to the sea. The pool closes early. Finally, the buffet breakfast wasnt so varied, jam and sausage had no taste, fruits not fresh.

The pools were amazing and the breakfast too. Near all restaurants and center of the island.

The double bed wasn’t very comfortable since it was made up of two twin beds joined together, and they didn’t match in size or softness.

I liked the location and the staff.

I did not like the room being old, old cabinets, dirty mirror in the restroom, dirty restroom, shower looked unhygienic. Please invest in better bathrooms for higher scores. Very disappointed as we walked in expecting a bit better experience.

The only real highlight of the property is the stunning pool area, which is beautifully maintained and quite inviting. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the accommodation.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The “standard room” advertised is more like a backpackers room than a proper hotel room. The place is old, the bathroom is extremely outdated, and the bed is hard as a rock — definitely not the comfort one expects when booking a hotel stay. The hotel should be more transparent about the standard of the rooms when advertising and allow guests to make informed decisions before booking.

The only positives were the hotel's island location and its pool by the sea.

By choosing the Standard room, you'll get to experience what might just be the filthiest hotel room on the planet.From the moment you enter, every corner -the bathroom, floors, and surfaces -is disgustingly dirty and unbearable. Inside the room, you'll meet a variety of unwanted insect roommates that make sleeping nearly impossible.I'm shocked that a hotel in such a beautiful location on the island could be so negligent about basic cleanliness. How can a place with so much potential fail so badly at maintaining hygienic rooms?

Good location, close to the beach and strip

Unhygienic, outdated, uncomfortable, pool was dirty and if you wanted a bed by the pool, you had to pay for xtra 1000 bht. wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t pay more than 500bht per night. Worse stay we’ve had.

The room was very small, damp and dirty. The building was very old and the smell of damp was annoying. The room was full of mosquito . The outside of the hotel and the breakfast were nice but the room was the worst we have ever experienced. Basic standards were not met.

We were ambushed on arrival, taken to a room ordered, which left alot of room for their consideration upon arrival and little room for us to understand where we are coming. The room they took us to was above the noisiest area on the Island, to the most appalling and dirty room we encountered. They took us to view the horrible option, and straight after we were offered the option to upgrade with a very high addition to the cost! This event took away all our excitement of reaching one of the most spectacular islands in Thailand. We were sat at the reception looking for other accommodations, getting frustrated and receiving the cold shoulder from the staff. There was no manager around, apparently, the manager was on vacation and left no one to replace him, and it felt like a repetitive 'scam' scheme that is carried out on visitors expense. Horrible experience!!The alternative room, which was 3 times the original price, was covered in mold on the wall, the shower head was indescribable, but to say the least, the limescale distorted the flow of water to the degree that the water splashed around the whole bathroom.. the cleaningnes level was the lowest we have encountered in any place around the world (and we have been to 75 countries). We were disgusted and found it hard to move around in the room barefooted or in general, have a sit on the toilet.. To top it all, before check out hour, we received a knock on the door hurrying us to leave. Which we were looking forward to anyway, but found it to be disrespectful. The matress and sheets were dirty and uncomfortable.. We had a horrible stay and felt contaminated to breathe and be there.. (Thai health and safety administration have somehow given their seal of approval, hung up in the reception area). Lessons learnt left a mark.. we feel ripped off and extorted. We attach evidence of the above said.

We only stayed here one night and it was not great. The rooms were dirty and old, with marks all over the rooms, showers were dirty, broken wood, uncomfortable bed, dirty hotel. The only good thing was the location. The price does not match the hotel, I wouldn’t pay 500 baht for this. The rooms do not look like the pictures so beware.

Value for money but loud and noisy, great location, pay cheap get cheap ? pay the extra and get better

Really gorgeous pool, restaurant and delicious breakfast in a stunning setting by the beach.

The room was not particularly nice and the bathroom was quite grotty, air con doesn’t work too well and the beds are quite uncomfortable. There was also no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very wet.

Love the pool area :) Breakfast buffet is very good and the location is great. Near all the action :)

The room could be updated and the bed is not very comfortable.

This hotel is grotty. We had to change rooms after night 1 (had to pay) as the room was just not ok. Walls were filthy, marks on the bedding, the shower head was black and there was no soap or hand towels. Moved room to a slightly better one (superior room), still not great but a good bit better from the original. The aircon stopped working and was only blowing hot air, we got someone up to fix it but the same thing happened in the night making it incredibly hard to sleep. The shower head holder was broken to the only way it would stay up was if the water sprayed onto the wall. It can be loud at night so recommend you being earplugs. The main pool is nice but hard to get a spot at. The second pool is more grotty and the loungers look like they’ve never been cleaned. Breakfast is good with a nice view of the sea and the hotel is in a good location on PhiPhi.Would definitely not return!

Hotel was lovely on the beach. Bit of noise at night which kept some of our group awake and the beds were like bricks. I think mattress toppers would be a great way of having more comfort

It's in downtown. Close to everything.It's not as laud coz near bars as people saying in reviews. But yes mousic until 3am is hearable.

Hotel is basically dirty.Very little maintenance, trash visible everywhere between plants.

Super noisy and the bed wasn’t good

Great location. We were a bit reluctant about the bookong because all the comments on how loud it was and people could not sleep apparently, but we were pleasantly surprised. I feel like it really depends on where your room is located in the building. The bar/ restaurant for the accommodation was closed completely after 7:30 pm so no noise directly grom them just feom the street pub opposite. Also there was a loud bar on the beach, but again, if your room is not close/facing the beach (our one wasn't) we barely could hear the street pub qith earplugs in slept like a baby. Our room was T205. Reception was very accommodating and polite, saying we could pay just for one night and see how we get on with the noise and cancel the other night if unbearable which I thought was really nice of them. Location spot on. Both pools super cool. Pillows were nice and bouncy. Someone picked us from the pier and carried our luggage to hotel too which was a nice touch.

Bathroom maybe a bit dated and the room could do a bit of painting but we had all we needed. Small room but again for the money and what we needed was perfect, we were out most of the time.
