Ibiza House Phi Phi

The staff here are amazing. From the reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. All extremely accommodating and friendly and polite and really helpful in every way. I had to extend my stay after a minor head injury. No problem at all. Everyone checking with me how i felt every day. 10/10 for the staff here.

The location of this hostel is top notch! Its right on the beachfront, and the best option to stay if you want to party till morning! It is at a walking distance from Freedom bar and Slinky's. The pool party was great too, we had a great time!

A couple of washrooms had their door lock broken. They can slightly improve on the cleanliness part.

It was cheap.

To noisy due to fire show that goes until the early hours which made it difficult to sleep. I didn’t like that towels were not included and charged extra.I also don’t like that the dorm beds had no curtains.

The area wasn’t bad

The place was just ghetto, not worth the price, room was dark, bed was a rock, water barely worked and was brown, shower felt dirty, it was very loud.

The hotel is close to the beach.

The hotel is far from stores (walking). The pool party music (not everyday) and the beach club music (every night from 9pm till 3 am) is not pleasant at all, it goes on till 3 am.

staff behavior and responses were very very bad. they are rude and dame care about guest experience. I faced very wired response from the front desk staff. Their attitude clearly told that they only give service to the private room guests.

We liked the perfect location in terms of integration to the Phi Phi islands activities.

The beach in front of the hotel is not quite for swimming and relaxing, a bit not for relaxing. Tides also didn't help after 3 pm water went out and didn't come until 7-8 pm.

Amazing location and pools, but the rooms are box rooms with no windows, sandy beds, no curtains, insanely loud music all day and until 3/4am every night. Stay clear

It was close to the beach and the staff were lovely. It was clean but very dated and tired looking.

There was no window in the room, there wasn’t even a curtain and I didn’t want to wake up and look someone in the eye. I checked in and checked out 20 minutes later. I’d recommend coming to party here but not sleep.

Located right on the beach, close to everything. Helpful staff, picking u up at the pier and helping with luggage. Bed was comfortable with proper blanket.

No place to put your stuff in the room (just a safe box), the showers inside a toilet which is not comfortable, also charging 200 tbh for a towel. Def not for a person who wants to rest, it is very party and loud hostel.

If you are for the party this os the correct place. Next to the beach and night clubs.Towel service is convenient and they replace it every day.

The toilets are awful, shower and toilet together and everything is wet and full of sand all day. Can’t seat on the toilet. Music very loud all day, if you want to rest is not the place. Room does not ventilate and is very enclosed.

I liked that it had a sea view pool and a lot of bathrooms available.

Party brats everywhere. They don't give you a towel. The noise! All the bars around crank the music to a thousand dB and you hear it constantly.

It's a party Hostel, so have party's every days, its nice for who want to party. The dorms are nice, clean sheets every day.

The toilets are not very clean
