They provided a free room upgrade with an excellent ocean view.

It was clean and location was good.

The check in process was very impersonal. They checked two couples in at the same time. Started to check us in, then asked for passports of couple behind us. While it may have been efficient for the hotel, it took twice as long for us. Instructions were given too both couples together. Hotel has good bones,. It is just a bit warn and tattered.

Staff were unhelpful with problems that came up with the room. There was a screeching noise from a pipe preventing us from sleeping and they did nothing about it but move us to a worse room the next day right above the noise (that still could be heard.) We had also booked side by side rooms for our family of four (two children) and they told us they "gave them away" because we were "late" checking in at 5pm.

Beautiful grounds. Amazing and friendly staff. Everything at the restaurant is delicious. Right on the beautiful beach.

This place is perfect. I have nothing I did not like.

Location and well maintained

One of the check out staff was very rude. Dismissive and did not care to help at all. Everyone else there was great.

The location, in the middle of a market, was hot and inconvenient for reaching the beach. The room was small. Breakfast was poor; besides eggs and omelets, there were few other choices.

High-quality rooms, high-quality property with the pool and very good location. Felt very safe and secure.

I had some problems I check in. They didn’t have the category of room that I booked and tried to put me into something else after I refused. I had to wait five extra hours until another room was finally ready for me.

The property met all basic expectations. The location is excellent as it is a 5-minute walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier. The hotel staff will help transfer bags to and from the pier complimentary. There is a welcome drink (just pineapple juice, so don't get excited). The room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The Wifi was decent for streaming.

The staff were welcoming but didn't make us feel like valued guests. I guess Phi Phi in general treats most travelers as a number because they see so many people come and go each day. The shower in the suite is somewhat weird. The indoor shower head is in the bathtub and is extendable and must be held by hand. The outdoor shower is your typical shower, however, it is in full view of the rooms across the garden, so it works if you're okay with other people watching you shower. The breakfast was a complete disappointment. It was a buffet, but everything other than the pancakes was subpar.

There was some noise from the kitchen I could hear from the room, but was able to sleep. Beds are hard but this seems to be a common theme in Thailand.

Location is perfect ! And the staff specially the guy helping you with the suitcases is fantastic

The place could use a remodelling and our toilet had issues

We booked to room with the jacuzzi bath. It had a beautiful outdoor area and balcony. The room was very nicely made up upon arrival. It had everything we needed, there was plenty of room. It was a great location of around 5/10 minute walk from the pier.

Nothing, we just wished we could have stayed longer!

We didn’t like the property at all. Very expensive and rooms had mold and is in desperate need of upkeep.
