Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel

The view from our room was breathtaking. Hotel was located close to town but wasn’t noisy. Staff was very helpful and took care of us when we originally arrived to find that the pool was still under construction.

I wish the pool was completed.

Location and pool

Be warned: Water in hotel is salty!!! Rooms are old and outdated. No elevators. Even though staff was nice, they were unknowledgeable and unable to really be helpful

The location and view from the room were amazing.

Bathroom was gross, bed was uncomfortable and I got Bed Bugs Ew.

Staff were friendly but that's about it

-Shower door was broken. -Washroom appliances were all rusting badly -public wifi was cut in and out & not consistent. -I was billed and accused of taking two orange juice at the end when I only opened the fridge twice To put my own beer in.

Location location, beautiful view of both bays. Nice pool on the water with an excellent attentive staff. Walking distance to all the main attractions and boats. The staff was willing to work with me on moving rooms.

Initial rooms with rugs are very damp smelling and toilet did not flush.Decor is in keeping with the island feel but a bit dated. 4 star location if you want to be in the middle of the action.( music from the surrounding establishments until 2am)

Good views, by beach. Good location and overall clean facility.

Pool close early at 7pm.No restaurants on site.Bed horribly uncomfortable, it all my years of traveling, worst uncomfortable bed ever, feels like sleeping on box spring, and bed squeaks with the slightest movements.

The pool view is absolutely breathtaking. Such a nice large pool too. Gorgeous view from Seaview room. Great location so close to pier and busy area.

Rooms were a bit dated especially bathroom.

The location was very good and the hotel is huge.

The staff are disrespectful, they simply dont care about their costumers. Whenever you want somehing they always send you to shops outside the hotel,. even for a bottle of water. I found this absurd. To top everything, i forgot my birken in the room, and after trying contacting the hotel, they havent answered me nor booking in like 1 month. Pretty sure it is now gone. Someone has to buy this hotel, renew the rooms and get rid of all the staff. It has great potencial but is terrible!!

The Pool was amazing with the best views and access to the beach. The property was beautiful. Every room had stunning views. Loved the hotel cats!

Cockroaches in the room, room was all the way in the back of the property by the cleaning facilities. Very poor hygiene and horrible hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel

The pool and the view

The rooms are very old, the bed is hard like the floor, weak water stream in the shower. The staff dodnt make up the room every day

The location is remarkable. The pool and sun deck are decent and beyond the location, they're the best thing about this property.

The grounds are very poorly kept. Garbage litters the beach. Everything is dirty. The buildings are in disrepair. The pool/restaurant bathrooms are partially non-operable and smell very bad. Some of the areas between buildings have a very bad oder like sewer. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden pallet with a scratchy sheet over it. I know this property was hit very hard during the 2004 tsunami, but it needs a very big takeover. We stayed in 4 different hotels or resorts while in Thailand, while this one wasn't an expensive stay by almost all standards, there's no way I'd ever travel all the way to Thailand and stay at the cabana even if I was paid to do so.

Location was exceptional

Hotel is not very clean, they do not have a lift to carry bags also the staff do not help you to carry it to the room.

The grounds were fabulous. The pool area was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The bed was worn out and I felt every spring in my back. The bar down the beach was so loud, I couldn't sleep until 3:00am and was forced to change hotels.

Location is good

Hospitality is bad. Old building. Service is not upto the standard.

This Hotel have the best location on this island. Wonderful location stunning wiews and nice and helpful staff. The swimmingpool is very big and nice for children.

The Hotel is 30 years old . so the room is old and everything is run out of date. i did not book for the room but it was so old. Again the location is the best.

Location was decent

No water & electricity on arrival! Couldn’t even flush the toilet or shower till 10pm. Pool staff are ridiculous, they don’t even serve you a drink around the pool.
