Phi Phi Island is amazing. Hotel had a great pool with a good view over the ocean.

Was a good walk out of the main part of Phi Phi, the rooms are a bit outdated and could do with some upgrades

Very honest people

The property was dirty very far from everything. The location was horrible. The food was not acceptable very very, very dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work and water came out of it.

Great location, walking distance from the boat harbor. Right in between all the shops and restaurants. You can walk over the hill and end up on one of the best beaches for nightlife and fire shows. Would definitely stay here again.

No sheer curtains, just a blackout curtain so it was total sunlight or darkness.

The hotel is in a great location just 10mins (flat) walk from the pier, the bag transport is great as soon as you arrive. Beautiful views from the breakfast bar. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Great pool and beach access, close to bars, restaurants and shops but quiet at night.Breakfast was the only let down of this hotel, you'll find something to eat but it wasn't the quality of other hotels we've stayed in Thailand, and the coffee was instant.

Room very spacious and cleaned, location fantastic, swimming pool always cleaned. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the room. Great!

Just needs a bit of attention. Bathroom door needs lifting, could barely open close it. Easy to fix but hasn't been dealt with. Minor points stop it getting a better rating. Most expensive accommodation on our trip and didn't deserve to be

It was a good location in the quieter area of Phi Phi Island. It had a decent pool area, staff were pleasant, and there were plenty of facilities nearby. The beach was easily accessible.

The beds were the hardest I have ever slept in, which was a shame, as it did put me off staying there again. I am aware that traditional Thai beds are firm, but goodness, these were on another level.

The staff were very helpful. They meet you at the pier to carry your bags for the 10min walk to the hotel.Rooms were clean. Good WiFi throughout.

The pool area needs a complete revamp. A lot of it is tired and broken. Huge hole in the floor next to one of the sunbeds. Broken tiles all over the floors and throughout pool that are quite sharp. I booked this because we wouldn't be in our hotel much as we had a few tours booked and we were only staying 2 nights on Phi Phi. If i was going to be here any longer I would have been very disappointed.

The location is simply amazing. Everything was great but one thing that annoyed us is when, at the checkout, we tipped staff member only 20 baht as we didn’t have any other cash. He got mad and expressed dissatisfaction with the tip, expecting more.

The hotel is just as it looks on the pictures. Lovely clean pools and a great selection of loungers, beds & chairs around the pool. Rooms were excellent for the price you pay. Staff very helpful. Location around 15 minute walk to the pier but a nice walk!

Breakfast was very basic but okay for the price.

It was on the quiet but more scenic side of the island. We stayed in a beautiful connecting bungalow in the garden.

The swimming pool tiles had no grout so there were some really sharp edges. There is no alcohol available on premise - you need to walk to Hippies bar.

Rooms were average, toilet broke while there, happened late at night so couldnt get anyone to fix but they did sort the next day. Had smell of toilet facilities at one of our rooms. They did offer a room switch but given was only there for two nights we tolerated as couldn’t smell when in the room. Rooms looked like they were broken into areas. The other area seemed nicer with spacious balconies (unsure of interiors)Not sure if I chose the cheaper option or not but would have preferred to have been in the other area.

The resort was lovely and quiet. Rooms were to a great standard and staff were of a very friendly and accommodating nature.

The only very minor issue is that you could only have one pillow each.

The pool and the resort being beach side was great! The Wifi, the shower inside the rooms, and it being a quick 15 minute walk to the downtown area was perfect! Really appreciated the staff taking our luggage down to the pier when we departed.

Great location. Beach directly across. Pool clean. Air-conditioning cold. Room serviced daily. Had mattress topped added. Rooms dark for sleeping. Away from night-life noise.

Shower screen door broken. Breakfast same everyday. Not much verify. Day tours coming for breakfast & lunch,no tables. Tours using pool facilities/pool chairs got busy at times.

Pool being green seemed a bit off putting! Assuming it was dye that made it that colour.

The location was good, and breakfast was good, too. The room was spacious and we had facilities (coffee and kettle) available.

It was a shame that I hadn't received a message in advance informing me that I would have someone pick me up at the port to help with the luggage upon arrival, and I only got the message on the second day of our stay, so we had to walk with all our heavy luggage up to the resort.The room had a very strong smell of mold (due to humidity I suppose) that would get better by turning the air conditioning on.The window blind inside the bathroom does not give full privacy so we had to improvise a way to make it properly blinded.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is good, not too far from the center and quiet

The structure needs quite some renovation, some parts of the room were not cleaned and the was plenty of mosquito at the little balcony, making it impossible to sit outside. Next there was a field where they played soccer all day long and in front of the entrance of the rooms there was a big old smelly building
