The view from the balcony was unbeatable! Great food and room service too.

Fairly close to the 'party beach', so it stays loud until 2am every night.

Rooms could have a good view of the ocean.

Extremely far from the main area. Bathrooms smelled extremely bad to the point where no one would use them and would walk 10 minutes to use a public bathroom instead. Infested with ants in the room. Asked for additional towels but they never showed up. Overall, would not recommend or stay again.

Very nice view of the bay. Very cosy and really nice staff.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the main part of the isand which was expected. Very nice for a bellboy to take our bags to and from the pier. View was really nice however the beach club nearby is quite loud, they do provide earbuds but be warned.

the location, and last year we liked the staff and the rest

the staff was bad, the reception wasn’t helpful and he wasn’t welcoming and so slow. the pool wasn’t open while we booked the hotel due to that, none of the staff told us. Last year it was perfect, this year it was a really disappointing.

Some maintenance issues (door handle broke, AC kind of finicky). Also very loud with the bar noise crossing the bay

The view from our sea front bungalow was incredible!!! Location was good too, it was in a less trafficked area. The staff were nice and took all our luggage to and from the pier!

There were no shelves or dressers in our room, and it would have been nice to keep our things off the floor as there were bugs. The bathroom door needed to stay closed all the time to keep critters out and the outside heat out. This resulted in it being hot and smelly when you went inside. Our air conditioner did not work well.

It's a long walk from the main area, but still loud music until late (probably because of the neighbor property.

The location and views were great!! The staff were so friendly and met us at the pier with a cart to put our luggage in and they pushed it to the hotel for us. The room was quite small but you don’t really spend a lot of time in the room in Phi Phi haha

The extra bed provided was a cot and sank in the middle like a taco. We loved the view from the porch but couldn’t sit out very long as we’d get attacked by mosquitoes within seconds even with Thai brand mosquito spray. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The room itself was okay, nothing special, but it got the job done.. the nights are too loud! Theyre right across from a beach party and the music stays super loud.. earplugs barely helped

Next to a bar. Playing loud music til 3am. Could feel the bass through our bed, earplugs not very effective.

The view is what makes this place worth it, we stayed in the seafront room which was really nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to such beautiful views. However the music from the beach is really loud until 2am every night. The room itself is a bit run down, nothing special but not bad, has everything you need just nothing fancy. Normally I’d leave a higher rating for this type of place but I feel like the price was a lot for what you get, but this island does seem more expensive in general.

While the location is nice it’s a decent walk to the main area to get food, you kinda wanna plan your trips out to not be walking back and forth multiple times a day. I thought staying a little out of the main area would limit the noise at night but it was actually worse being right on the beach front with the noise carrying straight across. Maybe the other rooms not at the front would be quieter, and I guess if you’re out partying all night it would be fine. The pool is small and not inviting we didn’t use it.

Basically everything. The staff are really nice, the facilities are great and you can rent out snorkels and kayaks and everything.

The only issue is with the location. In itself it’s nice but you have the party beach facing you so you will have loud music from 8pm to 2am every night.

The party noise let's you barely sleep (stops at 2 Am) and the area itself is behind a construction site
