    Pros +

    • We chose this hotel based on its location close to Long Beach, which was definitely the right choice-- much more peaceful than in town. The walk to town was a bit of a hike (about 20 minutes, with some difficult terrain), but certainly manageable for us.
    • We had an amazing roo
    • Second time visiting and still in love with this resort. You can walk up to the busy areas for restaurants or long beach. They offer boat service from the port for check-in and check-out so you don't need to worry about luggage

    Cons -

    • We had an amazing room with a wonderful view. Could not have been any better. Wish we had stayed one night longer just to spend the whole day on the balcony looking at the bay!
    • The room never had a clean feeling even after the cleaners left. When I arrived the sheets were slightly stained. I had clothes on the bed when the cleaners came to clean my room when I came back they were on the floor. There were more negatives than positives.
    • Be prepared to walk steps, if you are not fit this may be a difficult location.

It was such a great stay, the resort staff picked us up at Koh Phi Phi’s boat stop and the resort beaches were amazing. The breakfast was incredible as well.

Beautiful views. Staff was amazing. Room felt authentic. Free breakfast was great. Restaurant was delicious and affordable. Beautiful private beach away from the crowds.

The view from my room was wonderful. The porters that help you from the boat were amazing and very kind.

It’s super cozy and pretty and I loved the little beach alcoves around. It was ideally situated, only 20 min walk from downtown along a pretty path. The restaurant served great food and drinks right on the beach! The staff were very friendly! The room and patio were great!

Staff friendly, comfortable room, beautiful and scenic

Secluded and in the jungle. Great to take a longboat to the hotel. The rooms are extremely spacious and exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was well worth it

Be prepared to walk steps, if you are not fit this may be a difficult location.

We had a bungalow with a direct sea view, which was really beautiful. Cool resort with lots of adventurous trails.

The bathroom fittings were very old or calcified and the beach is very crowded (there is a second beach that is a little quieter (but there is no beach bar))

Exceptional and very welcoming staff, good reception just at the beach, very nice looking huts were we stayed at. The whole area is calm and beautiful.

Location - the only quick access to city is by boat and cost 100/150 BHT. Walking is possible and nice but takes 25 minutes. Even to long beach you need to climb a little. We found a cockroach in the bedroom, but the staff removed it quickly.

Located about a 20-30 minute walk to 'town', it is the perfect relaxation spot. The balconies have hammocks, you are near two beaches and the breakfast is good. Remeber to bring a flashlight (provided in the room) if you are walking back after dark.

    10AlisonPosted on: 12-29-2025

We stayed in a beautiful spacious suite with a big veranda and incredible views of the water/beach. Not all had this view, but ours was wonderful. Air conditioning was wonderful. They carried your suitcase up and down the many stairs up to the suite. Our suite was up very high. The breakfast was wonderful. The Viking beach was very nice. You can walk to town one way 20-30 minutes. It was a lovely walk. Or you could climb down the path to Long Beach which was so beautiful and quiet. The resort was were where jungle meets beach.

The stairs were a little tricky - had to be very careful. It was a lot of stairs up to our suite. At night it cost 300 THB to get to town on a longboat for dinner. (Return) There were some mosquitoes and bugs. Bring bug spray.

We chose this accommodation to experience what it's like to stay in nature. The cottages are secluded and offer privacy, and there is a mosquito net around the bed.

Unfortunately, the bathroom is very outdated and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I did a quick check and found a lizard in the bed. It is understandable that they can get in. The biggest problem, however, was the bed, which was damp and smelled bad. The air conditioning unit is located right above the bed and I think it had some issues because it was dripping water onto the bed. After I noticed the problem, I didn't turn the air conditioning on anymore, but the mattress and pillows were already soaked and smelled bad anyway. We couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

The space and quiet. Food was good and drinks

Lots of mosquitoes, so prepare for that. Also would like a dance night but never happened.

Great staff, quite beach, very large room felt like we were on a private island.

The linen didn’t smell very fresh

    10faresPosted on: 12-3-2025

The property is gorgeous with its own beach and restaurant… rooms are spacious and bathroom is large and all is very clean. Staff are most friendly and aim to please. Walking distance to the village…a good 15-20 minute walk.

It’s always fully booked and I ended up with a smaller room ?

    9JohnPosted on: 11-25-2025

We liked the privacy and tranquility of our spacious hillside bungalow with a large balcony. The included breakfast buffet was excellent and the small beach in front of the hotel restaurant made for a delightful setting. It’s just a short swim from there to the large and beautiful Long Beach. The staff were very helpful and arranged a couple of excellent boat tours for us. The hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Our bungalow was located closer to the pathway to the center of town, about a 20-minute walk away, but not as close to the restaurant and beach as other bungalows.

It was fine for us, but you may want to think twice if you have any mobility issues or a child requiring a stroller, as the rooms are fairly spread out and getting around the hotel involves walking on stepping stones, including going up and down stairs and inclines.

The location is just incredible. Stunning views all around, 30’ pleasant walk to town and a short hike to Long Beach ?️ Plus 3 lovely beaches closer to our bungalow. Amazing. Very good food, drinks, laundry service and the staff helped us a lot with boat tickets and travel arrangements. Thank you ?
