Location , it was nice and clean. Staff were really nice.

The hotel itself is not bad, we were in the main building, the room was clean and spacious. The individual houses are constantly being remodeled. If you are away all day, it doesn't matter. The big drawback is the breakfast, where there is not enough choice of food. It is better to go somewhere else for breakfast. They should not even offer such a breakfast. The mattresses are so hard that after the first night your whole body hurts. The pillows are also not comfortable. The staff is pleasant.

Perfect location, so close to everything. Room was so spacious and very clean. Lovely balcony. Pool was nice and spacious and loads of sun loungers

Breakfast is awful, don’t even bother going to it. A few reception staff were quite miserable but this didn’t bother us. Most staff were super friendly and smiley.

Nothing it was the worst property ever they lied about the venue first they let us see the big resort and then they sent us to a bad hostel which was not inside the resort bt across the road and it was a hostel

Because they are liar and cheater and there staff was on worst behaviour

Top pool closed. Not notified before booking. Pool shallow and hot. Mosquitoes. Music too loud when tired and wanting to sleep. Bed too hard

The reception was nice but not very helpful

They put us in 1 room and it was so scary and dirty that we asked to change had to pay an additional 1500 Baht but not a big deal. We were moved to a room that was a bit better but still very dirty and sketchy. Saw cockroaches in the washroom… and other bugs. It was a terrible experience would highly recommend skipping.

Booked the property for the amazing pools, but one was closed and the other the water was too hot to swim in.The breakfast was terrible - almost inedible.Beds were very hard.Location was superb. A lot of potential.

We choose a basic room because we spend 2 nights and they could do with a upgrade in bathroom and rooms

Property was well located. Rooms were adequate but not as luxurious as the photos would lead to believe. Breakfast options were poor

The pool, location and bed are very good.

In the bathrooms there are black spots, mold what is a bit disappointing due the amount paid.

Hotel expensive, staff reception not very welcoming first day.Room is okay and clean. Shower are in the toilet, bed not very comfortable and only one pillow per person.The worst was the breakfast, I didn’t recommend at all take the breakfast at the property.Swimming pool was okay but the water is very hot.However, good location and housekeeping staff did a very very good job !

Carried bags for you, good pool, good location (but good location everywhere on the island as small island)

No lifts, ants in beds, TV doesn’t work.
