the bed is not comfortable. Smokers smoke everywhere even in resteraunt. The workers said everybody enjoy even smokers.

The place is beautiful, the staff was very friendly, the food from restaurant was always good.

We loved the location as it is away from the pier and very beautiful. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Special mention to Asma who helped by husband with medical care. Asma was very kind to us all. The bungalows had a beautiful sea view. The fire show was awesome….. the food there is also very good and there is a huge range of options.

It is a beautiful resort to disconnect and have a good rest, the food is incredible and the staff are so kind and welcoming.

I knew it was a remote place, but I didn’t realise how far from the city was. They provide the taxi boat service but until 17:30 so if you want to stay longer in the centre, you need to figure out how to come back, the walking path is fun, but not easy to walk during night as it lacks light and good pavement, and a taxi boat from the island will cost approximately $1000 THB.

Everyone is very friendly I highly recommend this resort to relax all the good vibes and people that work there make everyone welcome food is good drinks delicious we will be back next year Zeen was fantastic she makes the place very friendly and she has a very good personality

Absolutely everything. Food at restaurant stunning. Asmar- the most beautiful human being. Xmas Eve on the beach. The beach. The bar and staff. The tranquility. Best place that we have ever been to in our lives ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Travelers who don’t appreciate the paradise they are in.

The beach was amazing. Beach chairs for guest use and beach towels. We enjoyed the beach bar and its setting. We also had cocktails on the beach with sunset. We snorkeled from the beach and saw the most amazing fish. The food was very good. As there is only one restaurant on the property we did get tired of the menu but then again, we did stay for 4 days. The breakfast was amazing. We explored everything on and around the resort. We walked from Relax Beach resort to lookout 3 and the view was amazing. Remember to take cash as there is a entry fee. We also walked to Phi Phi Town and enjoyed the walk.

There were lost of mosquitoes. Take mosquito repellant with. The rooms had good fans but it is still very warm.

On the long tail boat ride back to TonSai bay after 5 nights at the Relax Beach Resort we overheard a woman say to her husband "this has to be the worst experience of the whole trip". My wife and I were having a blast but the woman's observation was also legitimate. Relax Beach Resort and Phi Phi Island for that matter are not for everyone. Our favorite things included empty beaches in front of our door, staff that learned our favorite dishes the day we stepped off the boat, fish infested coral gardens so close you can snorkel around and still make it back to your beach chair before your beer gets cold and a small but enthusiastic bar scene that keeps the tunes going until midnight. There are so many things that are special about relax beach resort but you should do your homework and know what you like.

There are rough seas in small boats, wet landings, monsoons and mosquitoes. It is part of the price for quiet privacy at a reasonable price. The Hillside Villas with air conditioning (highly recommend the AC) have wonderful views but the stairs are no joke. If climbing mountains or back country hiking is your thing then no problem at all.

The location is great if you are looking for an escape. It is just far enough away to force you to relax. The beachfront bungalow offered an excellent view and was very comfortable. The bungalows were of excellent quality and good construction. It was so relaxing. The snorkeling which you have just outside your door is surprisingly very good. The bar was very nice.

It was very difficult to locate the person who was to take us to the resort upon arrival. The breakfast buffet could have had a better selection. It was quite basic. On the last day, I took a walk very early to the Viewpoint. I was eaten alive by mosquitos and once arriving at the top, it was closed. I do not recall reading in the books, that it closes. It was very disappointing to do this strenuous hike and not get rewarded with a view at the end. How can you close a viewpoint, you might ask...trees and a gate with barbed wire on top.

It was fun to be in a bungalow and the property itself was very nice. The boat guys were great.

I was a bit torn about the place. I know it isn’t a high end resort, but I felt that the staff onsite was not very friendly or accommodating. They certainly did not go out of their way to help you when you had questions or needed special arrangements. I was not shown or explained about anything at the resort or in my room when I checked in. The boat schedule from the resort to the pier is very limited and you are also charged every time you take it, so these extra charges can really add up.

Beautiful place where you can get only by boat or walking by dzungle, silent and not touristy. You can get massage and just chill

Unfortunately it was raining all the time so we couldn't enjoy that much and bungalo was too hing on the hill it was quit hard to get there :D

There should be more activities for the guest, there is only one fire show at night, yoga classes and that’s it, everything else is paid, like taking tours to the islands and hot spots

This was one of your favorite stays in our few months of travel. You feel so immersed in the nature, the beach was beautiful and we felt we were in a total paradise. The rooms are basic cabin vibe, clean and comfortable, and we didn’t mind the steps up to the room because the view was so gorgeous. Such a memorable stay and nice for unwinding.

The food was decent, we would’ve loved more authentic but didn’t bother us in our 3 days.

The location was amazing, private beach , friendly staff , we had a beach front room which any closer to the water our bed would’ve been floating ! Staff was very friendly and they kept the grounds very clean.

They charge for transportation from the ferry to the hotel, there are no toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. They don’t provide daily towels, we had to ask for them. There is only one restaurant on site , and the options are limited.
