The staff was very helpful the location was a bit far for the action in the biggest activity and shopping, but the staff was excellent .the view was great ocean the water was so clean they offer us a taxi boat to the ferry very good staff at the Bayview

The food was okay.

The jacuzzi and room were dirty. I asked them to clean it but they still left it dirty.

I liked that the hotel staff was very attentive. We needed a shuttle to our Villa, which they happily provided. Our shower was broken (no cold water) and the staff was there within 5 minutes of calling to fix it.

The food! Unfortunately we thought that ordering a traditional Thai dish would be a safe choice, and we received something akin to a cashew nut chicken microwave dinner.

The staff were great, though only one or two spoke enough English to make communication possible past the basics of checking in. The hotel is very convenient to town, but far enough that noise is not a problem.

Two words: bed bugs. Swarms of them, all over the pillow and sheets. I gather from other reviews that this happens in Phi Phi, but still it was quite traumatic. Had to change rooms at midnight and have everything I own fumigated, piece by piece.

Good location, waking distance of village. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Pool was a bit out of the way - would have been great closer to ocean.

Villas in the quiet area with loads of trees and nature around. Private and quiet atmosphere. Great balcony and sea view from the room. 15 min walk to Long beach

The house itself seemed old, somewhere there’s paint missing on the walls, the shower sprinkled water and overall impression was that everything’s old and not very clean. The place looks better in the photos. Pool is also a bit dirty (fallen leaves) Plus because it’s in the forest, there are mosquitos and ants around the area (but not in the room), be ready for that.In my opinion the place is overpriced

Great hotel situated away from the party side in Phi Phi. We stayed here for 2 nights and did the Maya Bay Boat trip on the second day. There is a tour guide right off the beach next to the hotel where you can book the boat trips.The hotel has a private beach located 20 minutes away from the Pier where you get dropped off. The hotel pick you up from the ferry pier and take you to your room.A great hotel to book if you’re visiting PhiPhi!

The most expensive rooms are the worst rooms. They don’t answer WhatsApp and don’t have a phone in the room.

Very run down and unclean. Booked for 2 nights but left after 1.

Beautiful beach with sun loungers and bean bags. Within walking distance of town for restaurants and bars Breakfast was good- fresh fruit, eggs made by request and in a cool shaded area

Dirty accommodation and lots of ants on balcony. Only saw one maid each day we were the to clean all the bungalows. You have to be physical fit to stay here, lots of hills and steps to get to accomodation Shower is salt waterWould not recommend eating food at restaurant

Staff we encountered were very stroppy and rude. Laughably so. Very hilly. Pool was grim.

Hotel was excellently located right on the beach and a short stroll from the main centre of Phi Phi however the hotel needs some TLC. Breakfast was ok but area was tatty. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days so had to go to reception to sort and get it cleaned with fresh towels. Shower and bathroom very poor but bedroom ok and bed was comfortable.

I thought the staff was exceptional, especially the young man that helped me with my luggage to the ferry, waited for me and got me to straight to my boat. He was fantastic service. All the staff was so friendly, breakfast was very good and my room was delightful overlooking the beautiful bay and the wonderful colours with flowers and trees surrounding the area, the pool was OK but needed a little bit of TLC Still nice. I highly recommend this resort as it’s away from the Russle and hustle, bustle, and a little more quieter at the bar end, but yet still close to everything.

I have to admit being an older lady. I’m not a fan of the beanbag chair chairs on the beach, they could use some more lounge chairs on the beach as well as it wouldn’t hurt to install some sun umbrellas that was the only thing

The view from our room was spectacular. Room was good enough. Breakfast good enough. Food for lunch and dinner was tasty.

I didn’t see anything in the photos or description about how steep and long the walk to the rooms was. The pool is at the far end of the complex, not in front of the beach and near the restaurant and bar as I expected. The swim up bar wasn’t open. The bar and liquor selections were very limited. Really just beer. I wish they had a light blanket instead of a heavy comforter. ( it’s the tropics people!). If I was young the walk into town and then back to the room would not be bad but I have an ankle injury and there is no other mode of transport but walking. Sure it’s just 10 minutes into town but then you end up walking all over town. Also you have to have luggage loaded into long tail boat for transport to ferry terminal. Could be issue for those with any disabilities. They will take your luggage to your room and carry it to boat for you. Stunningly beautiful islands. Very crowded. Diving was spectacular even with not great visibility. Lots of food and massage places in town. We loved the buckets of booze for 150 baht (4 shots of booze). Can’t snorkel in front of resort because there are too many boats and don’t want to get run over. We took a private long tail tour and still the captain had us on a strict schedule so I felt like I couldn’t swim and snorkel as long as I wanted. But once again, still amazing and beautiful. Grateful I was able to do this before I get too old.

Having read some of the reviews we were very uncertain about this resort however we were so surprised with what we found. We had an easy short long tail boat trip from the pier on arrival , quick check in and bags taken to the room. Our room was a short walk from the reception. But we were amazed at our room, the view from the balcony over looking the bay took our breath away. The hotel is right on the beach with a bar and good selection of beanbags and sun beds. 10min walk to the main bars, restaurants and shops and we never heard any noise from the nightclubs/bars the only noise was the motors of long tail boats and our adopted stray cat. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

The resort has a lot of bungalows which are spread out over the hill depending on which you book you might have a lot of stairs to climb and some bungalows are older than we stayed in so might not be as plush inside. The pool is a little dated but you have the sea. Remember this is Thailand and not the Ritz so you will find little things that you may not like, but u are on holiday so don’t stress. It was a little expensive compared to other places we visited and I would go out for breakfast as there are a lot of great little restaurants

Fabulous location, right on the beach. Beautiful views of the island and very comfy bed. Also loved the balcony.
