    • The only good thing about this hotel is its location on such beautiful beaches which was ruined by constant deliveries.
    • Laundry was expensive and no group tours to other islands. Everything else was pretty amazing

    Cons -

    • Fire show with music seems like Tonsai Bay. Does Not match the quiet beach location. Tractor shuttle does not suit the place. May be electric or battery powered vehicles can be considered. Drainage is slow in bathroom.
    • The entire stay was awful. I would never recommend this place. There is a bug problem, it is very outdated, our phone and wifi didn't work, the restaurant was awful and horribly overpriced, the pol was in bad shape and the staff was rude and not helpful.
    • No negatives.

Staff were extraordinarily welcoming and pleasant. The location and grounds were serene. The room was spotless and well appointed. Onsite services (restaurant, massage) were convenient. Great value compared to other available properties.

    No negatives.

All the staff was incredibly friendly, but one woman in the reception area was rude to my wife.

Coffee in the room is lousy and at the breakfast. It is incredibly long way to get coffee. Water was not hot enough in the shower. The stepped down into the bathroom is dangerous at night as you might not notice that. Also, I wish they would hire somebody to pick up the plastic on the beach as we were doing that ourselves and one person could easily pick up the entire beach and keep it clean.

Beautiful location! We booked a deluxe cottage room and it was definitely worth the extra money! Private little paradise! Food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner was really delicious! It doesn’t state it on the menu, but most things can be made vegetarian which was awesomefor us! Breakfast had a decent variety, wish there was a milk alternative (almond, coconu, oat or soy) for coffee. We did the 6 hour private longboat tour one day which took us to several locations around the islands! Highly recommend snorkeling at Bamboo beach between 4-6pm! Saw sea snakes and 3-4 large Blacktip reef sharks, puffer fish, etc., so rad!!!!! Drinks at the resort are a little pricey and most leave a lot to be desired. However, the beer is good and we found the passionfruit daiquiri to be refreshing and delicious. We loved the private location and didn’t mind using the longtail boat taxis when we needed to go anywhere. As mentioned in other posts, they can be expensive, so shop around a bit for the best price. To us, it was worth the extra money for the private, quiet location. Wish there was more space for snorkeling/swimming…roped off areas were kind of small, but still enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay here.

Tractors on the main part of the beach.

    Great staff.

Just as another reviewer had wrote, the hotel sized rooms was smelling bad. There is a plumbing issue. The staff upgraded the room after complaining. The upgraded villa is way better.

The location on the island is great. Beautiful views, nice little beaches, great options for food around the area. Quiet and private, very peaceful. Staff are kind and responsive. I highly recommend the Thai massage.

The pictures of the rooms make them look bigger and there was a strange smell in what is called "living room". There is some construction going on in the cove, but once completed it should not be such an eyesore.

Beautiful. A bungalow by the beach just as we wanted.

The restaurants did not had great service - were pushy - and the food was bland.

    8KaylaPosted on: 10-23-2025

The grounds were very beautiful and well maintained. The location is very remote and since you are all the way at the top of the beach you feel so much privacy and seclusion. Perfect for couples. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly.

The room was nice but average and had steps between the bed and bathroom which seemed dangerous for some. The balcony roof didn’t cover the whole thing so when it rained everything was wet and you couldn’t sit outside but being immersed in the jungle up in the hill was amazing.

Quiet location at the end of the bay. Great views over the sea.

Mosquitoes!Step down in bedroom was risky at night.Sea a bit cloudy for snorkeling. Need to get Andaman ferries (speed boat) to get to resort, or a boat from Tonsai round to the resort.

Very nice location, good breakfast and dinner. Green and tropical environment, Good snorklig and tour opportunities.

Swimming pool could have been larger and cooler.

Lovely staff and always available. Good location at the end of the beach, good breakfast and nice restaurant attached.Fresh fruit delivered to room in afternoon was a nice touch and plenty of water and towels provided each day.

Just needs a little updating in certain places and the pool needs attention.

It was ok here, the bed was very firm, the shuttle bus to pick you up from your room was supposed to show up every half hour and it never did. I just started walking and it was quicker and more enjoyable anyway. If you want an adventure hike from here to the other side of the island. It's a journey and not for the faint of heart but it's intense. Don't forget mosquito repellent you will get eaten alive here, especially if you got that sweet blood those bugs love like I do. I also would say do not stay anymore than two days on this side of the island, actually not the other side either. There is not much to do and it gets old quickly. Chow

The location is a bit far from Phi Phi center and only accessible by boat, which wasn’t made very clear before our arrival. However, we didn’t regret it for a second once we got there. The place truly feels like paradise—peaceful, stunning, and with everything you need to disconnect and relax. You basically have a whole part of the island to yourself, away from the crowds, with the most breathtaking views. That said, the service was disappointing. The staff were not particularly welcoming (which, in our experience, has been rare in Thailand), and considering it’s marketed as a resort, we expected a more friendly and professional approach. Unfortunately, we were met with rudeness on several occasions—even when just asking simple questions. The food was decent at first, but it quickly became repetitive after a few days.Still, the natural beauty of the place more than made up for the downsides. I’d absolutely return for the views, the tranquility, and the unique experience of having such a serene spot mostly to yourself.

We loved this place so much that we stayed an extra day (4 days total). We got the villa that overlooked the water and it was so peaceful and beautiful. At first it was surprising that we needed to hike about 10 mins uphill to our room but we got used to waiting for the shuttle that ran every half hour. The walk down wasn’t bad at all and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful from getting charcoal tablets for an upset stomach to booking a better time for the speedboat back to Tonsai Pier.

We booked this place last minute and already purchased our ferry ticket from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (the main pier in Phi Phi). If we had known before booking the ferry ticket, we could have booked the ferry directly to Laemtong Pier near where the hotel is located (only on Andaman Wave Masters). Instead we arrived too late (the last speedboat is at 4pm) and had to hire a long tail boat which was 1,800 baht but I was able to get it for 1,500. It took about 30 mins to get to the resort. Because we took the longtail boat, it pulls up right on the beach (there’s no dock) and had to take off our shoes and walk into the shallow waters to the hotel which was another 50 meters away with our luggage. (I don’t recommend doing that if you have heavy luggage like we did). We didn’t use the breakfast buffet but it looked lovely. The restaurant and convenient store were the best value within a 10 min walk. Other restaurants on the beach were more expensive (even if they weren’t part of a high end resort). We got to see 2 fire shows in the 4 days there.

Great location, superb surrounding space full of trees and flowers very well maintained, a beautiful small private beach where you could see a variety of coral reefs and sea creatures.Very good breakfast both European and Thai in a covered terrace next to the sea.Very kind and helpful staff.Very good restaurant also, with fair prices and some beautiful small restaurants on the beach in walking distance to the resort.

Not very good Wi-Fi (my daughter had to work online). The air conditioner is right above the bed, not ideal.

    10KseniaPosted on: 3-3-2025

Our house was right in front of the private beach in a very quiet place, but at the same time not far from the breakfast room and the reception, and we enjoyed a lot this position (the resort itself is enormous). The house was spacious, with a very beautiful terrace and sunbeds. Breakfast was very varied, with good bakery. There was an internal shuttle available for guests to move around the resort, which was very comfortable.

The sunset viewpoint was very romantic and beautiful, but unfortunately, dirty all around the hill (the only dirty place of the resort). There were only two coffee machines available for breakfast, and there was always a queue to get the coffee.
