Rooms are spacious.

Toilet with bad smell. Staffs are less in number.

There is nothing good to mention.if you want to spoil your holidays book here.

No hot water,rude host,dirty toilets,bad vibes from the property,noise disturbance dogs barking all the time.If anyone wants to spoil their mood book in this property.I booked 3 nights in a family room checked out after one horrible night , luckily got the refund.the host is so rude and thinks his property is 5 star.please avoid this property.

Best value at peak time as we've booked for Independence day long weekend. Since the booking was done almost a month ago, we got 2 rooms at 1300 per day

Cleaning could have been better. No room service, no water provided.

Dustbin was not cleaned.. There was found condoms in the dustbin.. Bath room very dirty and smelling. No hot water.. If you as them then they ON the geyser for 1hour only(in a day) .. Bedsheets smelling.. Don't stay in this room..

Said like this at the time of booking but the payment condition was different, so the check in was not given, it is very useless service

Facilities too good excellent dairies memorable performance staff is also too good fast response talking is also good in all languages???

Location was very accessible to other spots

Each and every facilities are required individual calling. .Eg. Even for toiletries like soap. Even minimal requirements are required individual demands..

The room is comfortable and clean.

Bad smells are coming from washroom continuously, no exhaust is there. Hot water line they open only for few hours.

Location was near to railways

Cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets seemed to be used ones. No hot water facility. I struggled with my kid. No hospitality. They didn't give a parking facility. Staffs were inconsiderate and rude. They were bad mouthed. We lost the spirit of travel due to the stay.No parking. Untidy bathroom and pipes. Stubborn people always fighting with all their customers. Hate the place.

Decent room.

Cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets seemed to be used ones. Bathroom and toiletries were poor. No hot water facility. I struggled with my kid. When asked they said they give hot water only at morning 7.30, do what you can. It was night so that we couldn't search for another location to stay and they collected all money before we get in the rooms in the morning.when We reached there We had to wait half an hour in road with luggage because that person was not willing to open rooms unless payment was fully done. We were facing network issues then. Atleast he should have opened the rooms since we were a lot of people with kids and aged people. No hospitality. They didn't give a parking facility. Staffs were inconsiderate and rude. They were bad mouthed. We lost the spirit of travel due to the stay. No rooms for driver. I don't recommend this for anyone.

I like only the location

This review is about the poor condition of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction regarding my stay in Cottage Happyhomestay at Ooty. It was not satisfactory, due to incorrect information in the accommodation description provided by the homestay.I chose the property through the booking.com app which portrays a completely different picture compared to reality. Very very poor hospitality we faced from the hotel staff. They charged extra charges for early arrival at the hotel. There was no complete hot water facility even though the weather in Ooty is very cold always. It is available for only one hour a day. No cleanliness and no other facilities for hygiene. They mentioned a notice in hotel rooms like prisons with conditions like if anyone is vomiting in the room they will charge INR500, sounds will not be permitted beyond 10.30 pm, etc. even though they didn't mention any such details in the room facilities where we are choosing hotels. Ever since I checked in, my experience has always been the worst. I recommend to all people to don't book the room.

I like the stay ...room was spacious for two.

It would be good if they provide us with a water bottle.And the toilet was alittle smelly

Location is oky

I book room through booking.com,but when i reach the cottage they said the rooms are not available we have two small rooms you can take if you want.And the rooms was very messy and bad smelling

Budgeted room with large space and big beds

They always switch off the geyser powder point. With that temprature how the family with small children surey without hot water? They will witch on the powder 7.35am after our follow up. but it will not heating properly.

The location is fine other than that it's a waste of money.

The rooms were filthy, had a foul smell, the washroom was dirty, the bedsheets and blankets were dusty. They seem to have a control over the geyser and switch it on for 2hrs a day and to do so in a town like Ooty where it's cold is completely stupid. Never recommending it to anyone.

No basic facilities like drinking water, room cleaning were provided. Geyser was not working, Matress was not clean, Staff was rude.

Cleanliness. Toilets and bathroom can be cleaned. No heater at rooms.

It was present at centre which made it to accessible to all tourist locations.

Rooms were not cleaned, and the sheets and blankets were dirty. And the furniture was also covered in dust. Bathroom had very bad smell and places like this we expect it to be having running hot water atleast 12hrs a day. But it had only 1hr in morning and 30min in the evening.
