to be honestly I like only the kerala small boy in reception . but the owner also from kerala he is very bad attitude,he don’t know how to behave he was drank that time,

the owner of the hotel he is from Kerala , and toilet is mot clean and heater is not working properly

Very Bad and waste of money

- I have booked for two days , unfortunately canceled booking for next day . Because the room was very small and dirty. Mosquitoes are inside and provided blankets and towels are too bad smell and dirty Mosquitoes photos attachedWaste of money ,

The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was very responsive and attentive. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Location is great. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the town. There's hot water. There's wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was freezing cold. The pillows were smelly. The kettle jug didn't fit the base.

The rooms were good , it was neat and clean and the complimentary breakfast was really good , it would have been better if the dinner was there in the hotel itself

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent

The room was freezing cold. Nothing dried (towels etc). There was a smell of damp and the duvet had mould on it. The duvet cover also had stains. The room looked out on to a concrete wall so there was no view or natural light.

The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast on both days was homely food cooked to perfect taste and it was a good start to the day.. Anand sir was very welcoming and helpful...He made the whole stay very comfortable..

I want to express my gratitude for an 11/10 star rating, as the accommodation was incredibly comfortable, particularly the assistance provided by Mr. X and his wife, who, by the way, I didn't get their names (forgot to ask). They were incredibly kind and made us feel as if we were at home. My daughter was unwell and not feeling her best. He went above and beyond to offer the necessary support, his assistance was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely endorse this place to my friends and family.

Rooms weren't huge but also didn't end in 2/3 steps. It was perfect especially the views from the double occupancy room. Breakfast was simple yet filling and more importantly it was homely. The staff were excellent and way more accommodating than expected. Props to Mr Selvam and another older guy for making our stay in an unexpectedly cold Ooty comfortable

Heating inside rooms should've been provided. Even a cheap filament heater would be better than nothing. Nothing else to complain about

No heater or AC in the rooms ( when we went the temp was 15 and it was freezing inside the room) so if heater is there then we GMs control the temperature.Bathroom has water heater for clarification purpose.

breakfast was not good. Everyday same breakfast Idly, dosa, chutney, sambar. Breakfast was not up to the mark. Even the tea, coffee was limited. very sad to say I didn't enjoy my vacations.

I feel there must have live kitchen. Since guest come late to check in, and that time it is very inconvenient for the guest to search for a restaurant to have meals or to drink beverages. The Bathroom was smelling every day, The room which I booked and what I got after checking in did not match my expectation.

Nothing except for good staff and breakfast

Actual room was not even close to what is shown in pictures. Insects can be commonly seen especially in bathroom. No basic toiletries available e.g. brush, toothpaste, clean hand towels etc. Same bedsheet for 5 nights even after every day room cleaning request. No in-house restaurant and not even option for dinner (one has to order either from Swiggy or Zomato or go outside everytime). Very high room price charged for such sub-standard hotel/room.

Not worth the money

Got a room with no windows and tiny washroom (technically there is a window which opens to a big blocking wall, like a jail)

Clean room, location is acceptable, breakfast limited option however very good quality and taste. The staff was cooperative. just across the road is a good restaurant. The location is outside the city, so it was easy for me to go for a run towards Lwaracne school. The place is quiet and cool. A good parking place.

Bathroom fittings need attention as leakage keeps the floor wet. Some stinky smell in the bathroom. Towels were clean and new however not good water absorption so it was difficult to dry the skin.

Excellent quiet and peaceful place! Very well maintained! Spacious room with Balcony and great views of the surrounding hills and valley! Very polite and friendly staff! Overall excellent place to stay! Car parking available if you bring your own car!

The balcony was nice.

The bathroom didn't have a pleasant smell, and the place was a bit far from the city center. Also, the staff could have been more present.
