I had a very bad experience even my booking was confirmed i didn't get the room.they let others

I liked the food (Breakfast n dinner) provided by the Hotel..... Special Thanks to Sajjan Pariyar,he would always be ready to help us.Very kind person he is. Secondly Mr. Jeevesh he was also very generous n helpful kind person.

I stayed in room no.301...its first floor..rain water was coming through ceiling.seepage you can say.

Smell in room and size is not that much comfortable

Breakfast and Dinner were a kind of authentic home made food, and it was very good.Big thumps up for Rameshkumar- who made the Food.Attendant Som was very helpful and was at our immediate disposal.Good view from the Hotel and child play area.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Cleanliness

After receiving the advance payment, their behavior changed completely. The breakfast is terrible, with only one option, and there's a lack of cleanliness. I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

This budget-friendly, remote location offers good value with an unlimited breakfast and scenic garden/front views. Family-friendly amenities include a children's play area and swings. Campfire options are available. The caretaker Som, provides responsive assistance.

Google map location is inaccurate.Improvements are suggested for room and bathroom cleanliness, sheet dust, and the location of the topmost room. Better signage from the main road is also recommended.

It was pleasant to stay. Staff was good and polite but they will respond bit late. If you want to buy anything atleast need to travel for 3 kms. If you travel in own vehicle it is good place to stay otherwise you need to depend on Staff to arrange vehicle to reach center. Overall Good and pleasant one to stay. Food is Okay and coffe was Good.

I had booked through booking.com, when I went there, there was no room, they said that if I get more money, I can give another hotel room. I have a very bad opinion.

1.The staff were friendly and food was great. 2. Location of the hotel was beautiful.3. There's enough parking space for cars4 Garden and lights are beautiful attraction to the hotel5 Near to Ooty Central Bus Stop.6. The travel desk Karthik was very good person and we had a great sight seeing with him.

1.Room cleaning was done upon request.2. They should have told me proactively about Travel desk facility that they have, when I spoke to them.

The worst experience which we have felt. While we enter to the reception,no one was there and after calling over phone one person has come. Heavy disturbing noice was there in connection with the maintenance works. After enter to the room, toilet light was not working. Instead of birth type bed shown in pic, they have provided two small beds. Finally we have escaped from there without checking and we lost our booking amount also. During the late night with family we have find out some other resort ( Planterspunchresort) and stayed piecefully. Anyway in any circumstances do not prefer this waste hoted which is running by some fraud people.

In complimentary breakfast they need to improvement needed and staff is not up to the mark. location was little bit poor.
